It is need to understand concern with settlement of embankment and wall face deformation, strength of geogrid and earth pressure of back the wall, to recognize stability of geogrid reinforced wall with wall block used dry construction method. We were constructed the 8.0m test embankment of geogrid reinforced wall with wall block used dry construction method. The test embankment was set earth pressure gauges of back the wall and on base, strain gauges on the geogrids and settlement plates in back fill. It was observed deformation of the wall face, top of the embankment and settlement plates about one year.Next we were trying FEM analisys. This FEM analisys is used double contact point method, because it is able to think friction coefficient of soil and geogrid and wall block and geogrid,. In result FEM analisys of double contact point method is useful for geogrid reinforced wall with wall block used dry construction method.
An automated system for printing the drug envelopes has been developed by connecting with the prescription ordering system. The hardware of this system consists of a printer as terminal of the ordering system and a heat-sealing and cutting machine.Informations such as patient's name, directions and dosage, etc.were utilized from the patient database and the ordering database by physician prescribing which were kept in host computer. These data were automatically printed out on the continuous paper, and then the paper was heat-sealed and cut for the drug envelopes. The drug envelopes were produced rapidly and accurately with this system. It was suggested that the developed system was very useful for printing the drug envelopes in hospital pharmacy.
Package insert is used primarily as a source of information for drug action, indication, dosage, formulation, adverse reaction and interaction. Therefore, the package insert is frequently revised to offer the most recent information.Questionnaires on the revision of package inserts were sent to 105 manufacturers of 1638 drugs used in our hospital.Frofn.January 1985 to June 1986,1180 package inserts (72%) had been revised once or more. The most frequently revised information was"precautions for use".In drug information center of our hospital pharmacy, only 284 of the revised 1514 package inserts (19%) were obtained in this period. The time required to obtain the revised package inserts was relatively long,3.8 months on the average.Subsequently,a computer-assisted system for maintaining package inserts was developed and implemented from September 1986.In the twelve-months from April 1987 after the implementation of the new system, the acquisition rate of the revised package inserts was enhanced by 69%.The average time required to obtain the revised package inserts was 3.0 months. This system seems to be effective in fulfillment of drug information service by the revised package inserts.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
