The current climate and weather patterns are very extreme. This kind of weather condition can harm many people. In recent years, heavy rains have resulted in flooding. So far, computers can be used to help people solve problems. The smarter the system and the higher the level of information handling, the more active the role played by the Weather computer is the condition of the air at a certain time and in a certain area that is relatively narrow and in a short period of time. The weather is formed from a combination of weather elements and the weather period can only be a few hours. For example morning, afternoon, or evening, and the situation can be different for each place and every hour. The purpose of this research is to help predict the weather as information. This research uses the Mamdani method. This Mamdani method uses 4 stages to produce an output value, namely, determining the input value (fuzzification), determining the value of x (implication function application), Combination of Rules (Rules), and finally determining the final value or (Defuzzification). This research produces an output value of 35 which is located in the Panas range.
The development of information technology has created convenience and accuracy in decision making within government agencies and companies. The problem that often arises in a company is about the payroll system, this is a lot we see in electronic and print media there are employees who do demos to demand an increase in salary and no transparency in payroll. The use of computers in any company is very common and ordinary, because there are already many and even all companies use computers as a medium for storing data and controlling data. But the data storage system is still manual for example with Ms. Excell is still lacking in data storage systems. Where so far the recording of the salary of employees is still using the manual system. Given the payroll in a company is an important thing and requires proper handling so that there are no errors in the calculation of employee work hours or extra hours / overtime hours, so we need a system that can overcome these problems. Using VB.Net 2008 Programming can help in making reports that are fast, accurate, timely and also eliminate the constraints that exist in making salary data reports.
The development of information technology and its relationship with the business world is something that is always interconnected today. Economic principles adopted in the business world require full support for technological developments in order to face increasingly complex global competition, as well as increasingly dynamic market and consumer demands. HR Training Dept. PT. Shimano Batam is one of the many departments that operate under the management of PT. Shimano Batam. This department is fully responsible for employee training before entering the work area, refreshment, and other training that is more specific in accordance with the work program implemented by the company. The design method used in this study is to use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model. The results obtained in the form of web-based Deptement e-Training application design at PT Shimano Batam, where the application can facilitate the company in obtaining training information provided by employees quickly and accurately and makes it easy for employees to submit training data reports to the company. This application also means very helpful in the work process, both in terms of quality of work and improving employee morale, so that maximum results are achieved by utilizing resources that can be reduced as little as possible.
Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk: (1) Menghasilkan kerajinan rotan dengan kualitas kreatif yang luar biasa; dan (2) Memiliki keterampilan menjalankan usaha dan menstandarkan barang. Fokus kegiatan ini adalah pada kelompok-kelompok pengrajin yang telah terbentuk sebelumnya, khususnya kelompok-kelompok pengrajin Pengrajin Anyaman Rotan yang belum memiliki kemampuan untuk mengolah kerajinan rotan. Ceramah, percakapan, pembinaan, pendampingan, dan penilaian adalah teknik yang digunakan. Dengan melakukan kegiatan ini, peserta mendapatkan lebih banyak keahlian dalam manajemen perusahaan, standardisasi produk, dan pengolahan rotan menjadi berbagai kerajinan dalam upaya diversifikasi barang unggulan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan PT Wook Global Technology menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah aspek penting dalam kesuksesan perusahaan dan mempengaruhi citra merek serta loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam konteks bisnis teknologi informasi, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sangat penting. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma C4.5, yang merupakan salah satu algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Data pelanggan yang relevan dengan kepuasan mereka dikumpulkan dan diproses menggunakan algoritma C4.5 untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antara atribut pelanggan dan tingkat kepuasan mereka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 efektif dalam menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan PT Wook Global Technology. Algoritma ini mampu mengidentifikasi atribut pelanggan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mereka, seperti kualitas produk, layanan pelanggan, dan keandalan teknologi. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor ini, perusahaan dapat mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mempertahankan basis pelanggan yang loyal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi PT Wook Global Technology dalam mengoptimalkan strategi bisnis mereka. Dengan menggabungkan analisis data dan kecerdasan buatan menggunakan algoritma C4.5, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.
