Latar belakang: Desa Ngroto merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gubug, Kabupaten Grobogan. Desa ini memiliki dua potensi besar yang masih perlu dikembangkan lagi. Potensinya ialah terdapat beberapa home industry olahan tempe (berupa keripik tempe dan tempe buntel). Dari kondisi ini penulis berinisiatif membentuk gerakan masyarakat untuk pengembangan produk desa melalui branding produk. Metode: metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pertemuan dengan warga setempat, pengembangan sentra industri olahan tempe, evaluasi. Hasil: Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu: pertama, sosialisai dilakukan kepada pemilik home indutry supaya mereka mengerti dan mampu melaksankan hygiene dan sanitasi dalam kegiatan produksi. Kedua, sosialisasi inovasi produk bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang inovasi, diharapkan nantinya akan menjadi produk yang lebih bervariasi, serta ketiga, pelatihan untuk pembuatan konsep desain merk, Kesimpulan: Adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan potensi yang ada di Desa. Wawasan dan motivasi produsen juga meningkat dalam mengemas serta menginovasikan produk mereka masing-masing.
A working environment with high temperatures impacts the employees to encounter fluid loss which leads to the reduction of urine production, thus the urine production becomes concentrated. If this condition lasts for a long time, there will be satu ration of the urine. This present study used a cross-sectional design with 32 employees of the tofu factory as the respondent in Tandang Village, Semarang. The most related variable with urine crystallization is water drinking consumption which is the most influential variable in the occurrence of urine crystallization. Employees who consume water drinking insufficient amounts have a probability crystallization of 41.80% compared to employees who consume less water drinking, namely the probability of urine crystallization of 98.81. From this equation, it can be interpreted that employees have a risk of urine crystallization of 0.4230 times. From the eight variables studied, there are four variables (age, water drinking consumption, heat density, and the level of dehydration) that had a statistically significant relationship with urine crystallization. Mea nwhile, the most dominant variable based on the logistic regression test is air consumption.
