Urgency of the research. The success of the country's economic development is determined by the level of infrastructure development, in particular such its types as transport and logistics, which determine the speed of business processes and their ultimate efficiency. Nowadays Ukraine shows low ratings of the development of the transport and logistics market, which may negatively affect the country's participation in the world foreign trade turnover. Target setting. One of the directions of improving the situation is the formation of transport and logistics clusters (TLC) as the most efficient form of the innovation-oriented integration of participants of the transport and logistics services market and the coordination of their economic interests throughout the chain of added value. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The analysis of research on cluster problems has shown that carefully elaborated questions are the ones about identifying clusters, defining their types, as well as principles of cooperation and mechanisms of the state support. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. The methodological approaches to determining the TLC performance require further development. The research objective. The integral indicators of the transport and logistics cluster performance are modelled in the article in order to identify and provide practical support to those directions of the TLC development that have the greatest socioeconomic potential. The statement of basic materials. Four groups of indicators of the TLC performance are distinguished: economic, social, innovative and environmental. The most important indicators of the TLC performance for each of the groups were selected; and based on their expected dynamics, the integral indicators for each group indicator of the TLC performance were determined. Conclusions: The modelled integral indicators of performance can be used to determine the impact on the overall TLC performance, as well as to analyse the dynamics of changes in the economic, environmental, social and innovative spheres in the process of functioning of the TLC.
Ukraine’s European integration requires the involvement of seaports in the international TEN-T network, so it is extremely important to create favorable investment conditions to develop port infrastructure. This study aims to make a comprehensive assessment of the seaports’ investment attractiveness to use it for increasing the efficiency of attracting investment in the development of Ukrainian seaports, which are part of the European transport network. The study was conducted using the Saati method and the method of calculating the integrated indicator of seaports’ investment attractiveness. The integrated indicator includes assessing indicators of business activity in the region and consolidated indicators of financial and property status, logistical attractiveness, and prospects for port development. According to the results of calculations, the seaports of Ukraine were divided into three groups. The ports of Yuzhne, Odesa, Illichivsk, and Mykolaiv have a high level of investment attractiveness. The ratio of investment attractiveness ranges from 3 to 2.6. The ports of Izmail, Mariupol, Oktyabrsk, and Kherson have an average level (ratio from 2.2 to 1), and other ports have a low investment attractiveness (coefficient from 0.9 to 0.7).
The article investigates the risks of transforming labour relations in Ukraine under the influence of digitalization processes. The relationship of the digital economy with the processes taking place in the social and labour sphere is substantiated, its impact on the state of the labor market is assessed. Positive effects of automation application are affected, and the negative consequences of digitalization in the HR sphere. The risks of rotors and employees are addressed by the issues of the impact of digital technologies and automation on social and labour relations. It is argued that in the context of increasing remote, remote work, the work rings to comply with the principle of permanence. Works become inherent in the principles of episodicity, individualism. It is determined that the result of episodic labour relations may be the risk of non-payment of taxes on the income of workers, non-receipt of funds to the budget, loss of a significant part of taxes received from the incomes of the population, and therefore - a decrease in the base of financing social functions of the state.
