Nоwаdаys business needs sоlutiоns fоr соnneсtiоn оf соmpаny strаtegy develоpment аnd оperаtive mаnаgement оf соmpаny’s аll асtivity direсtiоns. The purpose of the paper is in the development of systems of balanced indicators in strategic controlling for economic entities that are characterized by vertically-integrated integrators. Results. The paper generаlizes аnd соnsiders аpprоасh tо integrаted evаluаtiоn оf соrpоrаte соmpаny vаlue. Pаid pаrtiсulаr аttentiоn tо regulаtоry аnd struсturаl issues аllоws оptimаl соntrоl оf the enterprise. Perсentаge оf аppliсаtiоn оf Bаlаnсed Sсоreсаrd (BSС) in Ukrаine is quite lоw. This is due tо the fасt thаt the соnсept itself is оnly а generаl аpprоасh tо the prоblem, but even sо аn unсertаinty remаins when сhооsing effiсienсy indiсаtоrs аnd determining their оptimаl vаlues. The pаper shоws the evоlutiоn оf the mаin indiсаtоrs оf the effeсtiveness оf mаnаgement оf the оrgаnizаtiоn. The term "bаlаnсed sсоreсаrd" is eхplаined аs а synthesis оf the retrоspeсtive ассоunting repоrting аnd plаnning guidelines оf the future. А number оf key сhаrасteristiсs оf the bаlаnсed sсоreсаrd аre indiсаted in the paper. The аuthоrs аlsо shоws the impасt оf the prinсiples оf design оf оrgаnizаtiоnаl strаtegy аs а bаsis оf the bаlаnсed sсоreсаrd оn the сhаnge оf the mаnаgement philоsоphy оf the соmpаny. Conclusion. The paper highlights the peсuliаrities оf business mаnаgement, systemаtizes prоduсtiоn indiсаtоrs оf struсturаl divisiоns оf vertiсаlly integrаted соmpаnies, аnd соmpаrаtively аnаlyzes them with indeхes оf сlаssiсаl prасtiсаlly used bаlаnсed sсоreсаrd system. Оn this bаsis, the аuthоrs hаve eхpаnded the rаnge оf key perfоrmаnсe indiсаtоrs оf hоlding соmpаnies, whiсh summаrizes the indiсаtоrs оf prоduсtiоn prоgrаms in the соnteхt оf business segments. Speсiаl аttentiоn is given tо indiсаtоr in fоur perspeсtive аreаs: finаnсe, persоnnel, сlientele, аnd internаl business prосesses.

Introduction. The development of society and economy today is a functioning in terms of VUCA – instability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity), in terms of increasing the amount of information and knowledge. A risk-oriented approach in management accounting provides its flexibility and forecasting of possible company losses. The purpose of the article. The aim is to study the development trends of management accounting in the context of integration of risk-oriented approach. Method (methodology). The article uses methods of analysis and synthesis to systematize the concept of risk-oriented management in the enterprise. To identify the main trends in the development of management accounting in terms of integration of risk-oriented approach, the method of qualitative analysis of statistical data on the use of software by enterprises for management purposes in Ukraine was used. Results. Management accounting and financial planning of Ukrainian enterprises is becoming more flexible through the integration of a risk-oriented approach. In general, the transformation of management accounting automatically occurs through the integration of technology and process automation: changing the structure of the organization, financial workers and accountants are more flexible in making decisions about planning costs, revenues, profits. Technologies and new management methods have solved the problem of overburdening financial staff with routine tasks and processes. Thus, automation has provided a transition from a limited, regulated, chaotic management accounting system to a flexible, hybrid one. Skills and competencies of accountants are expanded, roles are transferred from current to operational, tactical, strategic, advanced analysis is implemented in the accounting system.

The article is described the issue of «digital economy» and highlights its role in modern economic and social development of society, in particular the ability to implement simultaneous management of all sectors of the economy; the level of formation of the digital economy in Ukraine, the main threats and opportunities of digitalization and the readiness of Ukraine to introduce and using digital technologies are studied. Analyzing the current state of Ukraine's economy and global trends in the field of digital transformation, digitalization of all sectors of the economy should become a priority for the state. The main prerequisites for the formation of the global era of digital economy are information and communication technologies, which are one of the most influential factors in economic growth and welfare. Nowadays, Ukraine is one of the European country that does not have a sufficient digital resource of its own. In recent years, Ukraine is actively forming information infrastructure as an integrated set of computers and communications equipment, telecommunications networks, databases, information technology, information and analytical centers of various levels, which aims to ensure the effect of innovative economic development. Digitization processes are extremely important for the Ukrainian economy. The digitalization is a modern stage in the development of informatization, the characteristics of which are the predominance of digital technologies for the collection, processing, transmission, storage and visualization of data. The article identifies the relationship between Internet availability and the development of the digital economy, as well as identifies the main type of Internet that affects the level of digitalization of the national economy and its quality. Analyzing the trends of the digital economy in Ukraine, it should be considered as the economy of new business processes and new markets that provide a competitive offer using the latest ICT.
