This article analyzes the influence of Internet and e-commerce diffusion in the development of European countries. Conclusions about the faster spread of Internet technologies in the modern world, especially in developing countries, due to the achievement of so-called “saturation points” by developed countries of the world (e-commerce markets in Ukraine and Poland are at the stage of formation and active growth) have been made. The purpose of this article is to construct an economic and mathematical toolkit for investigating the impact of the Internet and e-commerce on indicators of economic development of the country. The methods of scientific analysis, description and synthesis, modeling and statistical analysis are used in the research. Models of technologies diffusion have been considered, and as a basis, the distribution of the Internet in Poland, Austria and Ukraine is forecasted. Findings suggest that Internet technology spread has a significant impact on the development of e-commerce, and Internet development in different countries of the world. This study uses the classification of countries according to the World Bank Country Classification, which, since 2005, has ranked countries by GDP per capita into four groups:1) low-income;2) lower-middle-income;3) upper-middle-income;4) high-income.It has been found that the pace of Internet technology and broadband Internet access spread is a lot higher in low-income countries due to the later beginning of the diffusion process, while in the high-income countries, the peak of Internet development has passed and the technology spread has slowed down.
The article focuses on the growing role and importance of logistics in economic systems. The concept of "logistic system" is investigated. The basic structural components of the logistic system, their interrelationships and functions are outlined. The article presents different approaches to defining the concept of "logistic costs" and analyzes different types of logistic costs. Additionally, the article reveals the factors that influence the formation of logistic costs and suggests the ways to minimize the costs of logistic activities. The expediency of using modern logistic tools, such as automation, digitization and artificial intelligence, and the introduction of new technologies in the logistic activities of enterprises is also substantiated. The article outlines the trends and prospects for the development of national logistic systems and proposes the measures aimed at improving the logistic activities of enterprises.
Introduction. The article studies the processes of formation and implication of the personnel of the enterprise in terms of labor market development. The recommendations for improving the formation of the personnel as a factor in improving the efficiency of activities are developed. Goal. Study of processes of formation and efficiency of implication of the personnel of the enterprise in the conditions of development of the labor market, as well as development of recommendations on improvement of formation of the personnel of the organization as the factor to increase the efficiency of its activity. Results. The peculiarities of the personnel formation and implication the LLC «Pearl of Podillya» have been revealed, in particular, the open personnel policy of the LLC indicates the transparency of the enterprise for potential employees of any level. More than 30% of the employees are under 40years of age and have the appropriate professional knowledge and skills. Disappointing trends in the dynamics of the number of employees of the LLC (the annual decrease in the number of employees, which is reflected in the increase of fluctuation on dismissal (30% in mid –2020), decrease in fluctuation on admission – 35%) are pointed at. The article emphasizes that combination of economic and social perspectives must be taken into account when improving the personnel management system at a limited liability company. It is proposed to take into account the experience of other countries and successful companies in the sphere of personnel development. However, copying foreign methods of work with staff without taking into account the characteristics of Ukrainian enterprises can have a significant negative effects – both economic and psychological, because in the work with people the mentality, traditions, features of the spiritual and socio-economic environment in which individuals grew and formed are of great importance. The recommendations, proposals and measures have been developed to improve the problem of raising the efficiency of the organization in the sphere of formation and implication of the personnel.

Introduction. Today, the issue of the need to solve the problem of forming information support for the processes and procedures of anti-crisis management of enterprises is rather acute. The emergence of this problem is caused by crisis manifestations in the economy, differences in the systematization of information for management purposes, lack of information databases to solve the multifaceted tasks of preventing and identifying the risks of bankruptcy of enterprises and their way out of the crisis. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence and place of statistics and information in anti-crisis management, to develop methods for organizing the information system of enterprises to identify problematic aspects of a crisis situation, and to scientifically substantiate the feasibility of using information and statistical tools for effective anti-crisis management. Method (methodology). The methodical basis of the study was a set of methods of scientific knowledge. To reveal the topic of the article, namely to find out how the selection and analysis of information and statistical data affects management decision-making in crisis conditions, general scientific methods were used: abstraction, formalization, idealization, comparison, functional and statistical analysis. The basis of the research is the interdisciplinary approach. The results. The article substantiates the need for anti-crisis management in modern economic conditions. Approaches to defining the essence of anti-crisis management are summarized. The factors of formation of effective management decisions in the process of enterprise activity under the conditions of a crisis environment were studied. Attention is focused on the important and constantly growing role of information and statistics in anti-crisis management of organizations and enterprises. It has been proved that effective anti-crisis management of enterprises is connected with the need for timely obtaining and analysis of complete, reliable, scientifically based statistical information. The essence and methodological foundations of informational and statistical support of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are defined. An analysis of the effectiveness of the application of methods of statistical and informational analysis by heads and managers of enterprises was carried out. The levels of construction of the information field of collection, grouping, generalization and processing of information for use in the development of anti-crisis policy are proposed. The problems of the information nature, faced by users of information in the development and adoption of management decisions regarding the stabilization of the conditions of enterprises and their development, are identified. The need and directions to solve the problems of forming information and statistical support for the processes and procedures of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are substantiated.
