In this paper, we will look at a computer decision support system and its use by medical services to facilitate first aid in emergency situations. Information and communication technologies are often offered as "technological assistants" to solve problems facing health services. They can streamline the patient care process and do it faster and cheaper. However, a study of currently implemented technologies shows a large number of delays and errors in their work, which often leads to fatal consequences, because the health and life of the patient is often at stake. There are also financial barriers to the introduction of reliable systems in the health services, because large funds are needed to re-equip them.

It has now been proven that an unfavorable ecological situation can be the direct cause of a violation of the state of human health, and not only at the level of individual health (health of individuals), but also at the population level. The influence of environmental chemical factors has been most studied in this regard – about 80 chemical elements are necessary to build certain components of their own cells, build hormones, enzymes, to maintain normal metabolism, etc.
