Abstract. The paper suggests principles and techniques for assessing universities, based on their employer attractiveness, which is measured by the demand for their products. Products of the University is 1) trained specialists (graduates), 2) research projects and technical-technological development 3) scientific results (articles in magazines)-each of these having their own consumers. It turns out that the level of employer attractiveness is determined by the organization of university resources: equipment and facilities, personnel, managerial structure and policies. The proposed university assessment principles provide the basis for a university ranking.

В статье выяснены особенности оценочно-результативного компонента системы подготовки к производственно-проектировочной деятельности будущих специалистов среднего звена, который является основным фактором, влияющим на учебную деятельность обучающегося. Значительное внимание уделяется характеристике уровней подготовленности к производственно-проектировочной деятельности будущих специалистов среднего звена. Это позволяет провести разностороннюю и полную диагностику обучающихся, корректировать процесс подготовки к производственно-проектировочной деятельности будущих специалистов, определять пути предотвращения недостатков путем индивидуального подбора форм, средств и методов организации процесса. Производимая оценка позволяет анализировать степень сформированности ценностных ориентиров, мотивов и личностных характеристик, значимых для процесса подготовки к производственно-проектировочной деятельности, дает возможность спрогнозировать конечный результат.Ключевые слова: оценочно-результативный компонент, производственно-проектировочная деятельность, рефлексия, будущий специалист среднего звена, система подготовки, ценностные ориентиры.The article deals with the features of evaluation and productive component, which is the main factor influencing educational activity of the student. Considerable attention is paid to the characteristics of the levels of preparedness for the production and design activity of future mid-level professionals. This allows for a versatile and complete diagnosis of students, to adjust the process of training for the production and design activity of future mid-level professionals, to identify ways of preventing drawbacks by individual selection of forms, means and methods of the organization of process. Produce evaluation allows to analyze the degree of formation of values, motives and personal characteristics, which are important for training for the production and design activity, gives the opportunity to predict the final result.
