The protection of local wisdom as a social element in the formation of regional regulations will result in effective and well implemented regional regulations. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze local wisdom that can play a role in the implementation of good governance in accordance with the conditions of local communities. The research method used normative research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach and was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that there is legal protection of local wisdom through an inventory mechanism and stipulation through local regulations, so that any formation of local regulations can accommodate the values of local wisdom that exist in the community.
Introduction: The non-compliance of the state administrative body or official with the TUN Court decision can be in the form of not revoking the disputed State Administrative decision, not revoking the TUN decision, not issuing a TUN decision, not complying with the obligation to pay compensation set by the court and not complying to rehabilitate the good name plaintiff.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the payment of forced money and administrative sanctions against state administration officials who do not comply with the state administration's decisions and legal actions due to non-compliance of state administration officials to the application of forced money (dwangson) in the execution of state administration decisions.Methods of the Research: The writing method used is sociological juridical research. The location of this research is the Ambon State Administrative Court, the Ambon City Government Legal Division, the Maluku Province Law and Human Rights Bureau and the Central Maluku District Government Law Department.Results of the Research: The results of the study indicate that the disobedience of State Administrative Officials in implementing decisions that already have permanent legal force because there are no regulations and or legal provisions regarding forced payment of money to be implemented if the State Administrative Officials do not implement decisions that already have permanent legal force, and there is no special agency or executive body

The purpose of this research is to analyze the state regulation in Ambon Island, Central Maluku Regency, to analyze the state Regulation after the enforcement of Act Number 6 of 2014 and analyze why the State is positioned as Adat Law on village administration in Ambon Island, Central Maluku Regency. This research is a normative-empirical legal research using secondary data type that covering three legal materials (primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials) and primary data obtained through interviews of respondents and interviewees. The results of this research indicate the first of the existence of government Negeri in the three districts of Leihitu District, Leihitu West District, and Salahutu District at the Central Maluku Regency in its regulation on pre-independence regime retained the original autonomy of the Negeri, but in the post-regime of the Negeri experienced various shifts State intervention is very dominant. Second, the State Regulation on Act Number 6 of 2014 must go through the process of inventory and classification of the existence of the State and determined by the Regional Regulation. Third, the position of the State in the Indonesian state administration system is Adat Law which has the right of autonomy to exercise power as a local self-governing community and local self governing.
Hukum yang responsive adalah hukum yang berakar dari kebiasaan dan perilaku yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Salah satu bagian dari kebiasaan yang hidup dalam masyarakat adalah sebuah kearifan lokal. Problematika penanganan Pandemi Covid 19 melalui penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kearifan lokal terbukti di beberapa Negeri di Kota Ambon Seperti Negeri Soya dan Negeri Hukurila, dengan filosofi menjaga kebersihan dan selama proses Pencucian Negeri, Masyarakat tidak diperbolehkan untuk keluar dari Negeri. Dasar filosofi Cuci Negeri ini memberikan dampak posistif bagi penanganan Covid 19 di Kota Ambon. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan menggunakan metode sosiolegal dengan data primer dan sekunder yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa dalam membangun kesadaran masyarakat, perlu menerapkan filosofi kearifan lokal yang hidup tengah-tengah masyarakat, karena kearifan lokal merupakan nilai yang sudah hidup sejak dahulu kala di dalam masyarakat adat.
