Facebook page is a tool able to generate perceptions and acceptance, and support people and investors in making business decisions. Moreover, Facebook page plays a part in engaging people in the form of a community. People share experiences and opinions toward products, services, and trends in particular periods on the Facebook page community. Regarding sentiment analysis on Facebook pages, most education and other general topics in English have only been analyzed in English. However, sentiment analysis regarding Agritech startups topics in Thai language has not been done yet. This study analyzes opinions and categorizes positive and negative comments by using naive Bayes classifier to examine the sentiments and attitudes of people and investors. The results could possibly reflect the perception rate of Agritech startups in Thailand and could be applied to explain attentiveness and assess people’s engagement opinions. Furthermore, it could be applied in studying consumer behavior, marketing analysis, spread of information, and attitudes. The study's model is generic and could be applied in other contexts to provide insightful suggestions.
Purpose of the study: This study aims to develop a research knowledge structure according to problems, needs, and strategies of a community, to search for relationships, and to scope knowledge regarding problems, needs, and strategies of a community, to gather practical problem-solving guidelines, and to reflect and reconfirm existing body of knowledge of a community. Methodology: This design of this study is content synthesis, knowledge organization as classification approach has been applied to this mixed-method research, the knowledge has been categorized into a tree structure according to the relationships of each concept, and therefore, it shows clear causes and effects also differentiates relationships in scope of related knowledge of the southern development. Main Findings: The results of this study indicate that the knowledge structure of the research for the development of southern Thailand comprises 2 domains, 20 classes, 139 concepts, and 327 sub-concepts. It will let us see the relationships and trends of knowledge based on the research of southern Thailand by the scope of knowledge that reflects gaps in some research points and can be resolved or reused. Applications of this study: The findings confirmed that we can develop it to the ontology for a recommender system or knowledge-based system of research for development based on problems, needs, and strategies of community in southern Thailand. It is a search engine tool for researchers on research for southern Thailand development. Further, this could explain more the relationships of information clearly, similarly; the knowledge structure will help the researcher’s study scope area, reduce research redundancy, reduce costs on research redundancy and reconfirm knowledge to conduct research and innovations. Novelty/Originality of this study: The findings confirmed that it can be applied in terms of the policy area and national strategies, or applied as a part of solutions, for example, the body of research knowledge on tourism and agricultural development which is crucial for the national economy and resource. The government could take the knowledge into account the research or tourism policies, agricultural production as start-ups: Smart Tourism and Smart Agro Technology.
The research was to identify needs on design and development of a research recommendation system for 14 southern province Thailand development. The system employs semantic search function, research system structure and scope of knowledge during January 2008 to December 2017. 3,873 entries had been gathered from Thai Library Integrated System (ThaiLIS), Thai National Research Repository (TNRR), and Southern universities research database by employing textual analysis and knowledge organization focusing on Classification Approach and categorization which main topics are sorted and categorized. To develop ontology, it applies knowledge engineering concept and using Protégé Ontology Editor version 3.5 beta and version 5.5 beta to process the data for the accurate system development according to user-centered design concept. The study findings were the developed system is able to support information exchange, information retrieval, and research search and to decrease research redundancy and unnecessary budgeting. Moreover, the system could possible enhance conducting more innovations, confirming experts in the area, showing research trends, and showing research results on related fields, strategies, and problems which leads to the Southern developments extensively. After the implementation, the users' overall opinions and satisfaction was at a high level (= 4.14, S.D = 0.14) and information retrieval efficiency of system was at a good level (overall = 0.70-0.88) with 0.70 accuracy, 0.78 recall, 0.88 precision, and 0.82 F-measure.
