Pediatric liver transplantation has become very successful with high survival rate. 1 Unlike adult recipients, recurrence of liver disease is unlikely in children. Yet, abnormalities like idiopathic post-transplant hepatitis and graft fibrosis are frequently detected in graft biopsies.
