We present a case of a 33-year-old male patient reported with chief complaints of malocclusion, facial asymmetry, difficulty in chewing and deviation of jaw since two years also during childhood he had a history of trauma. Radiographic images and computed tomography suggested benign osteogenic neoplastic lesion involving right condyle which on histopathological examination confirmed it is osteoma. Conclusion: Osteoma should be considered as one of the differential diagnosis in a patient with malocclusion, facial asymmetry, deviation of jaw and difficulty in chewing, especially in a patient with the previous history of trauma.
