Pelaksanaan program ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat penguasaan guru SMK Negeri Kota Payakumbuh yang masih rendah dan penggunaan trainer PLC yang ada belum optimal dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran praktikum yang digunakan masih belum tertata dengan baik, belum efektif digunakan dan membutuhkan waktu lama dalam pengoperasian.Jenis pengembangan program ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan prosedur penelitian Borg and Gall. Hasil kajiandiperoleh bahwa validitas Trainer PLCsebesar 90% dengan kategori valid. Praktikalitas trainer PLCyang dihasilkan dengan kriteria sangat praktis dengan rata-rata sebesar 96. Efektifitas trainer yang dihasilkan dengan kriteria efektif dengan rata-rata 86,9%.

The main purpose of this study is to determine the motivation and innovation role of principals in improving the professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri in Padang City. The design of mixed methods. A total of 261 teachers were included as respondents to answer the distributed questionnaires, and a total of 12 respondents were included in the interview, consisting of principals and expert teachers. The findings indicate that the main role in improving the professionalism of teachers is still at a moderate level. This study also shows that the role of principal motivation and innovation has a significant influence in improving the professionalism of teachers in teaching and learning. Based on qualitative results determined that the role of principal motivation and innovation is an important factor to improve the professionalism of teachers. This study emphasizes that the role of principal motivation and innovation in enlightening teacher professionalism is an absolute factor.
This research is motivated by the results of the author's observations while carrying out Field Management Practices at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Bukittinggi City which shows that employee performance is still not optimal. Many factors affect employee performance. One of them is organizational climate. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about 1) organizational climate, 2) employee performance and 3) the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Bukittinggi City. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. This study is a correlation study, aiming to see the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Bukittinggi City. The population of this study is all civil servants who work at the Office of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Bukittinggi City with a total of 65 people. The research sample was taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique with the Cochran formula so that the sample in this study amounted to 46 people. The results of the validity and reliability test indicate that the organizational climate instrument with employee performance is valid and reliable. The research data was processed with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26. Descriptive analysis was assisted by the SPSS program by first calculating the mean, median, mode and standard deviation of the two variables. Then the normality and linearity tests were carried out using the Product Moment Correlation formula to see the relationship between the two variables. Then, the significance of the relationship between variables was tested using the T test formula. The results of data analysis showed 1) the organizational climate was in a conducive interpretation, namely 88.86%. 2) employee performance is in a fairly high interpretation, namely 88.73%. 3) there is a significant relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient of 0.818 and a correlation significance test of 9.437, and, r² = 66.91%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that organizational climate is one of the factors that affect employee performance at a correlation value of 0.818 with a contribution of 66.91%. This means that the better the organizational climate, the higher the employee's performance.
Sasaran supervisi pendidikan dapat menentukan keberhasilan sebuah lembaga pendidikan antara lain, peserta didik, guru, kurikulum, prasarana, pengelolaan, lingkungan dan situasi umum sekolah. Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dibeberapa sekolah belum berhasil meningkatkan kinerja guru. Namun, di SLB YPPLB Padang telah dilaksanakan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dan mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru. Hal itu disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya: profesionalitas kepala sekolah yang tinggi, kompetensi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah yang memadai, guru yang rata-rata sudah siap disupervisi terlebih guru di kelas rendah (Kelas I -IV), kepala sekolah mampu menciptakan pola hubungan yang baik dengan seluruh komponen sekolah, kepala sekolah mampu mengatasi kendala-kendala di dalam pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan infrastruktur sekolah yang cukup dan memadahi untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM). SLB YPPLB Padang sudah menyusun perencanaan program supervisi akademik, melaksanakan, dan menindaklanjuti hasil supervisi sesuai dengan yang seharusnya.
