Abstrack:To produce a 3D animated film requires a long process flow so that the processing time of manufacture is also prolonged. This is a constraint in the development of the local animation film in Indonesia for a long time will lead to high production costs making it difficult to compete commercially with animated films from abroad who have abundant funds and the support of various parties in the country. Therefore, efforts to improve the competitiveness of local animated film and one of these efforts is by analyzing the stages of the manufacturing process and apply it to the process of making the actual 3D animated film.In general there are three stages of the filmmaking process, namely the 3D animation pre-production, production and post-production. Although this time the animation industry in Indonesia has not been detailed separates each of these stages, but still be important for designing detail the activities of these stages, in order to see the strengths and weaknesses of each process that existed at that stage. Therefore, this study was conducted with the hope to provide recommendations to improve the local animation industry. Keywords: 3D Animation, Animation Film Pre-Production Stage, Princess Peacock Orange  Abstak: Untuk menghasilkan sebuah film animasi 3D membutuhkan alur proses yang panjang sehingga waktu pembuatannya juga berlangsung lama. Ini yang menjadi kendala dalam perkembangan film animasi lokal di Indonesia karena waktu yang yang panjang akan mengakibatkan tingginya cost production sehingga sulit untuk bersaing secara komersial dengan film animasi dari luar negeri yang memiliki dana berlimpah dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak di negaranya. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing film animasi lokal dan salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan menganalisa tahapan-tahapan proses pembuatan dan menerapkannya pada proses pembuatan film animasi 3D yang sebenarnya.Secara umum ada 3 tahapan proses pembuatan film   animasi 3D yaitu  pra produksi, produksi dan paska produksi. Meskipun saat ini industri animasi di Indonesia belum secara detail memisahkan setiap tahapan tersebut, namun tetap menjadi penting untuk merancang detail aktifitas dari tahapan tersebut, dengan tujuan untuk melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan dari setiap proses yang ada pada tahapan tersebut. Kata Kunci: Animasi 3D, Tahap Pra Produksi Film Animasi, Putri Merak Jingga

Employee leadership is someone who is influential to be a role model and example for many employees who have positions below him, a company will definitely choose to increase employees to become employee leaders as a form of appreciation to employees who have quality and good work performance for their loyalty to their work towards a company and the importance of conducting employee leadership elections to motivate and fill vacancies caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The owner of the company strives to avoid gaps in the rights of employees so that the owner of the employee must conduct an employee leadership election by utilizing the existence of technology in making a decision. In this study, the selection of employee leadership was carried out using a decision support system with the help of the ROC-SAW method so as to get the results of the candidate or alternative A4 which became the main choice for employee leadership with a value of 85%.

PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Kisaran is a company whose products are engaged in trade that sells electronics and furniture in cash or credit. Granting crdit can provide relief to consumers, giving rise to the level of consumer interest in buying, which means the company’s sales turnover is higher and the company’s cash receipts will increase. Determining which consumers deserve credit is not easy. Companies need a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help determine the creditwhorthiness of potential customers. The decision making calculation method used in this study is a simple additive weighting method with 5 criteria, namely discipline, down payment, monthly income, credit guarantee, and residence of status. The system was built using the PHP MySQL language and Sublime Text as the programming code. And the object-oriented system modeling language used is UML (Unifed Modelling Language). By using this SAW Method, it is hoped that the final result will be obtained as a tool to determine the credit extension to potential consumers who are eligible to be given. Keywords :Credit, DSS, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), UML.  Abstrak :PT. Pemberian kredit dapat memberikan keringanan kepada konsumen, sehingga menimbulkan besarnya minat konsumen untuk membeli, yang berarti omset penjualan perusahaan menjadi lebih tinggi dan penerimaan kas perusahaan akan meningkat. Menentukan konsumen yang layak diberikan kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah.Perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit untuk calon konsumen. Metode perhitungan pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan 5 kriteria yaitu kedisiplinan, uang muka, penghasilan perbulan, jaminan kredit dan status tempat tinggal. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP MySQL dan Sublime Text sebagai koding pemrogramannya.Serta bahasa pemodelan sistem berorientasi objek yang digunakan adalah UML (Unifed Modelling Language). Dengan menggunakan metode SAW ini, diharapkan mendapatkan hasil akhir sebagai alat bantu untuk menentukan pemberian kredit kepada calon konsumen yang layak diberikan. Kata Kunci :Kredit, SPK, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), UML.

Momy's Cake and Bread is one of the businesses engaged in the bakery and cake food industry that produces various types of bread, and cakes, ranging from Korean garlic bread, toasted brownise and others. All products have the same raw materials such as wheat flour, sugar, eggs, bananas, butter and others. There are times when there is excess raw material, but sometimes it is also lacking, a shortage of raw material supplies that a little will have an impact on the production process stopping which results in losing customers because they cannot meet their needs. Forecasting is a technique that aims to predict what will happen next based on pre-existing data. With this forecasting technique, it can provide predictions so that users can take effective steps that can be taken next. The ingredients to be predicted are wheat flour, sugar, eggs, bananas, coconut, white butter, cocoa, almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla. So that getting the forecast value in July 2021, the results Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) = 9,5874, Mean Square Error (MSE) = 18225,39162 and Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE) = 30%, will be designed and built using the language PHP and MySQL programming so that it can be accessed using the internet and the system is based on a website. Keyword:Forecasting; Single Moving Average; Cake and Bread Raw Materials; Momy's  Cake And Bread.  Abstrak: Momy’s Cake and Bread merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan roti dan kue yang memproduksi berbagai jenis roti, dan kue, mulai dari roti korean garlic, brownise panggang dan lain-lain. Semua produk memiliki bahan baku yang sama seperti tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, pisang, mentega dan lain-lain. Ada kalanya bahan baku berlebih, namun terkadang juga kurang, kekurangan persediaan bahan baku yang sedikit akan berdampak pada proses produksi yang berhenti yang berakibat kehilangan pelanggan karena tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Peramalan merupakan sebuah teknik yang bertujuan untuk melakukan prediksi mengenai apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya berdasarkan data-data yang telah ada sebelumnya. Dengan teknik peramalan tersebut dapat memberikan prediksi sehingga penggunanya dapat melakukan langkah-langkah efektif yang dapat dilakukan selanjutnya. Bahan yang akan diramalkan adalah bahan tepung terigu, gula pasir, telur, pisang, kelapa, mentega putih, coklat, kacang almond, coklat bubuk, vanili. Sehingga mendapatkan nilai peramalan pada bulan juli 2021di dapat hasil Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) =  9,5874, Mean Square Error (MSE) = 18225,39162 dan Mean Absolute Perentage Error (MAPE) = 30%, akan dirancang dan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sehingga dapat diakses dengan menggunakan internet dan sistem tersebut berbasis website. Kata Kunci : Peramalan; Single Moving Average; Bahan Baku Kue dan Roti; Momy’s Cake And Bread.
