The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of survey research using descriptive and verification approaches. The object of consumer research shop UD Putra Tiga Saudara Majalengka.The results showed that 75.48% of consumers behaved in Shopping Lifestyle, 75.45% of consumers were in Positive Emotion conditions and 75.39% showed impulse buying behavior. Partially Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 13.76%. Meanwhile, Positive Emotion has no effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 1.88%. However, simultaneous Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion have a significant effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 15%. Seeing these results, it is important to do research again on the Positive Emotion variable.
Desa Heuleut Kecamatan Kadipaten memiliki potensi UMKM yang cukup baik salah satunya menjadi produk andalan adalah home industry produk tape, dan dengan adanya UMKM tersebut sebagai salah satu sumber penghasilan di Desa Heuleut. Namun disisi lain UMKM tersebut belum mengarah dan fokus pada pengembangan ekonomi di Desa Heuleut khususnya untuk produk tape, sehingga dalam pengembangan usaha sering terkendala oleh beberapa hal. Para pelaku UKM berpotensi untuk mengembangkan usaha, namun terdapat beberapa permasalahan antara lain : terbatasnya bahan baku, pengemasan tape ketan masih belum maksimal, pemasaran masih dilakukan dengan cara berkeliling di Desa Heuleut dan untuk pembuatan tape ketan masih di lakukan secara manual (Home Industy). Melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi pengelolaan pemasaran, packaging dan pemberian link penyediaan bahan baku, maka pelaku UKM Desa Heuleut dapat dicarikan solusi terkait permasalahan yang ada.
Companies with good performance will be able to achieve the goals to be achieved by the company, which is to maximize the value of the company. That goals can be achieved by increasing the probability of the company. This research is conducted as a mean to test influence of leverage, sales growth and company size to profitability of the Food and Beverege industry company in Indonesian during priod 2017-2019. The date used is sekondary data using method and number of population as many as 18 companies, research sampel taken on sampling purposive basis. Criterion of sampel fulfilling counted 11 companies. Analysis technique using panel data regretion with using Eviews 9.0 program to get an overview that includes the relationship between one variable with another variable. Result of analysis prove that by parsial variable of leverage significant effect on profitability, sales growth no significant effect on profitability, size significant on profitability.
Salah satu usaha yang memiliki persaingan ketat saat ini adalah bisnis produk makanan, hal ini menyebabkan karena banyaknya makanan siap saji yang diminati oleh masyarakat dikarenakan lebih cepat dan praktis. Semakin maju dan berkembangnya masyarakat Indonesia yang menjelma menjadi masyarakat modern serta memiliki aktivitas kesibukan tinggi cenderung mencari makanan selera konsumen secara online melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan media sosial, word of mouth dan persepsi kualitas terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial pada konsumen Dapoer Ami Tenjolayar.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pada Dapoer Ami Tenjolayar dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan metode incidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuisioner. Pengujian instrumen data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2), kelayakan model (Uji F), dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa iklan media sosial, word of mouth dan persepsi kualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial pada konsumen Dapoer Ami Tenjolayar.
Employee performance is important for the company. Employee performance can be achieved with good teamwork and good communication. This study aims to determine how teamwork and communication influence the performance of employees at Perumda BPR Majalengka partially. This study used a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of Perumda BPR Majalengka with a sample a 98 respondents using a saturated sampling technique (census). The measurement scale in this study uses the Likert scale. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination analysis and the feasibility test of the model. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a partial hypothesis test with the t test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that teamwork is included in the very good category, communication is in the very good category, and employee performance is in the very high category. This study shows that Teamwork and Communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
