Aile Sebze ve Meyve Tüketimi ÖzAraştırma, Ordu ili Kabataş ilçesinde yaşayan ailelerin sebze-meyve tüketim durumlarını saptamak amacıyla planlanıp, yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya katılan aile bireylerinin 171'i düşük sosyo-ekonomik düzeyde, 159'u yüksek sosyo-ekonomik düzeyde olmak üzere toplam 330 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Aileler % 40,3'ü sebze-meyveleri genellikle akşam yemeğinde tüketmektedirler. DSED' deki ailelerin sonbahar-kış döneminde en çok tükettikleri sebzeler sırasıyla; domates, taze ve kuru fasulye, havuç, kabak, karalâhana, ıspanak, lahana, patates, sarımsak ve kuru soğanı %100,0 tükettiği saptanmıştır. YSED' deki ailelerin ise en çok; domates, kuru fasulye, havuç, kabak, ıspanak, patates, sarımsak ve kuru soğan %100,0 tükettiği saptanmıştır. Farklı sosyo-ekonomik düzeylerdeki (DSED ve YSED) ailelerin mevsimlere göre sebze ve meyve tüketimleri incelendiğinde; greyfurt %7,0 ve %15,7, narı %50,3 ve %60,4 ve kiviyi %26,9 ve %41,5 yalnızca sonbahar-kış dönemlerinde, böğürtleni %22,2 ve %10,1, karpuzu, kavunu, şeftaliyi %100,0 tükettikleri, nektari %67,3 ve %90,6 ve muşmulayı (yeni dünya) %26,9 ve %54,7 ise yalnızca ilkbahar-yaz döneminde tükettikleri saptanmıştır. Keywords Abstract Socio-Economic Level FamilyVegetables and Fruit ConsumptionThe current study was planned and carried out to determine the cases of consuming vegetables and fruit of the families living the town of Kabataş, the city of Ordu. The individuals participating in the research was made up of 330 people, 171 at low socioeconomic level and 159 at high socio-economic level. Of the families, 40.3% expressed that they consumed vegetables and fruit at their dinner. It was found that the vegetable consumed most by LSEL families in autumn and winter months were tomatoes, dry and fresh beans, carrot, squash, savoy cabbage, spinach, cabbage, potatoes, garlic respectively and that they consumed onion 100%. As for the vegetables consumed by HSEL families, they were mostly tomatoes, dry bean, carrot, squash, spinach, potatoes, garlic and they consumed onion 100%. Upon the review of vegetables and fruit consumptions of families in different socio-economic levels (LSEL and HSEL) with regard to seasons, it was found that they consumed grapefruit at 7.0% and 15.7%, pomegranate at 50.3% and 60.4% and kiwi at 26.9% and 41.5% only in autumn and winter seasons they consumed blackberry at 22.2% and 10.1%, watermelon, melon and peach at 100%, nectarine at 67.3% and 90.6% and medlar at 29.6% and 54.7% only in spring and summer seasons.* Sorumlu Yazar.
