A complex of mesopedobionts in «suspended» soils of an epiphytic fern Asplenium nidus L. has been studied in tropical rain forests of southern Vietnam. Successions of pedobionts related to the mass of the substrate and its location over the ground surface have been investigated. Mineralization of organic matter in «suspended» soils is slower than in natural ones.
