The purpose of the study is to forecast the price of rice in the city of Denpasar in 2017 using backpropagation neural network method. Backpropagation neural network is a model of artificial neural network by finding the optimal weight value. Artificial neural networks are information processing systems that have certain performance characteristics similar to that of human neural networks. This analysis uses time series data of rice prices in the city of Denpasar from January 2001 until December 2016. The results of this research, concludes that the lowest rice price is predicted in July 2017 at Rp9791.5 while the highest rice price in April 2017 for Rp9839.4.
Agricultural insurance is insurance in the agricultural sector which is relatively new introduced in Indonesia. Agricultural insurance is based on a rainfall index. It is a risk management tool that is relatively new in Indonesia. This study was purposed to determine the steps required in determining the value of the rainfall index on agricultural insurance and calculating the contract value of agricultural insurance which had to be paid on the agricultural insurance that is on rainfall index-based by using Black-Scholes method. The result of this research are if the amount of rainfall was 130,4 mm so the amount of premium payment equals Rp. 60.694, as well as if the amount of high rainfall was 179,9 mm so the amount of premium payment equals Rp.902.760.

In a case study of the preparation and delivery of the election in Jakarta through the application of the concept of the non-zero sum game obtained by the conclutions that AHY – SM and AB – SU has five same optimum strategies: capture East Jakarta voters, women voters, 20 -29 years old voters, graduated from high school voters, and the Javaness community. While BTP – DSH only different in maximizing strategy of capturing men voters and West Jakarta voters.
Distribution activities in company which related in distribution sometimes have a problems, one of the problems is transportation problem. To solve that problem can be used a transportation model to obtain the distribution route so the cost that come out is more minimum. The aim of this research is to compare the initial solution of RAM and IVAM and to know the distribution route in distribution of bottled water in the CV. Prasarana Fortuna Prima so obtained the minimum distribution costs after optimality test using MODI. The results showed that RAM gave a lower initial solution than IVAM and the initial solution of RAM was optimum after optimality test using MODI with a distribution routes is from depo Klungkung to Toko Bintang, Toko Subur, Toko Cahaya Melati, Toko Mawar Sari, and Coco Mart Ubud, from depo Kapal to CV. Sumber Jaya, Toko Sol Mandala, and Toko Kayana, from depo Mahendradatta to Toko Sinar Wangi and Toko Aris.
