Dalam menghadapi pandemi covid 19 serta diberlakukannya social distancing di kota Denpasar, membawa dampak bagi perekonomian. Salah satu karakteristik sektor informal adalah cenderung menggunakan sumber daya lokal dan tidak memiliki izin resmi sehingga usaha sektor informal sangat beraneka ragam seperti pedagang kaki lima. Pedagang Lima Kaki buah pikiran dari pedagang yang berjualan di area pinggir perlintasan para pejalan kaki atau trotoar. Perdagangan sendiri merupakan aktivitas bisnis yang sangat fundamental. Kenyataannya menunjukkan bahwa usaha kecil sendiri adalah penyumbang besar pada kekuatan ekonomi negara. Dibutuhkan strategi dalam pemasaran bagi para Pedagang Kaki Lima dengan analisis SWOT yang dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan (streghts) dan peluang (opportunities), namun secara kebersamaan dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weakness) dan ancaman (threats).
The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.
Keluarga merupakan suatu lembaga sosial yang paling besar perannya bagi kesejahteraan sosial dan kelestarian anggota-anggotanya terutama anak-anaknya. Pelaku penting dalam dinamika rumah tangga adalah perempuan dalam artian perempuan menguasai pengelolaan keuangan, redistribusi pendapatan, alokasi konsumsi. Kedudukan perempuan dalam keluarga/ rumah tangga secara umum memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang berbeda dari pria yang merupakan kepala keluarga. Perempuan diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi kepada keluarganya dan berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Sehingga ekonomi keluarga menjadi seimbang. Desa pinggan yang terkenal dengan destinasi pariwisata yang terkenal dengan sebutan negeri diatas awan. Desa Pinggan Kintamani menjadi lokasi liburan yang tidak kalah menariknya di Pulau Bali.
Marine tourism includes sea, lake and river tourism. The maritime area is an area that cannot be separated from the maritime area, in Indonesia most of the tourist areas are marine tourism in which there is a beach which is one of the attractions of natural tourism and much sought after by tourists. To find out the factors that influence the attractiveness of tourism in the development of marine tourism on the coast of Tanjung Benoa and how to increase the attractiveness of tourism in the development of marine tourism and to know the safety of facilities and infrastructure in Tanjung Benoa beach tourism.
Employee contributions will be important if done with effective actions and behave correctly. Not only the amount of effort but also the direction of the business. The nature, effort or willingness to work as well as the various things that constitute organizational support is very important for the success of employee performance. In this study analyze the problems faced by employees of Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza, some of them feel there is dissatisfaction in work so that this affects the poor performance. Empirical test conducted on 120 employees to obtain data about leadership style and organizational culture that had been considered has not been able to provide hope for employees. Analyzer used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of SEM analysis has fulfilled the criteria of the model of Goodness of Fit Index Criteria: chi square = 294,276, probability = 0,000, RMSEA = 0.116, GFI = 0.776, AGFI = 0.697, CFI = 0.829. All meet the criteria, except RMSEA and AGFI are marginal. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture is not significant influence on job satisfaction is not significant to performance, organizational culture is not significant effect on performance, leadership style is not significant effect on performance either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. On the basis of these results, the managerial implications that can be suggested are the improvement of job satisfaction and performance can be achieved by creating and maintaining a culture of involvement in corporate culture, applying participative leadership style in line with providing satisfactory salary levels for employees.
