Pengangguran merupakan salah satu masalah makro ekonomi yang menghambat pembangunan daerah karena akan menimbulkan masalah-masalah sosial lainnya. Fenomena pengangguran di pedesaan menjadi masalah serius bagi Desa Selat, Kabupaten Klungkung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi dan faktor penyebab pengangguran, serta kondisi pasar tenaga kerja di Desa Selat. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik kuesioner, wawancara, dan FGD. Selanjutnya data dianalisis melalui teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan gambaran ketenagakerjaan di Desa Selat, dimana persentase penduduk pada usia kerja yang tidak bekerja tercatat cukup tinggi, yaitu 33,85%. Meskipun permintaan tenaga kerja di Desa Selat hampir tidak setinggi di perkotaan, namun masyarakat yang tidak bekerja enggan untuk bermigrasi ke kota. Pasar tenaga kerja tersegmentasi menjadi sektor formal dan sektor informal. Penyebab menganggur dapat diklasifikasikan atas faktor pendidikan, keterampilan, upah, informasi, dan ketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan mengenai Mata Pencaharian Alternatif (MPA).
The population problem that is currently an obstacle and challenge for the Indonesian government is the problem related to the high level of poverty and the unemployment rate that occurs. Poverty and unemployment require comprehensive handling in an adequate regional scale. This study aims to: 1) analyze the simultaneous effect of per capita income, MSME growth and unemployment rate on the poverty rate in Bali Province; 2) analyze the partial effect of per capita income, the growth of MSMEs and the poverty rate in Bali Province. This study uses time series data, which is between 2010-2019. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data. The data used are data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency for the Province of Bali and the Central Statistics Agency in the Regency/City of the Province of Bali. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research analysis show that: 1) Per capita income, MSME growth and the unemployment rate simultaneously have a significant effect on the poverty level in the Province of Bali; 2) Income per capita and MSME growth partially have a significant negative effect on the poverty level in Bali Province and the unemployment rate partially has a significant positive effect on the poverty level in Bali Province.
The study aims to find the profile in the form of tourist's typology of the three lakes (Beratan, Buyan and Tamblingan) in Bedugul. Tourist's typology related to the characteristics of the tourism market in Bedugul.This study utilize the survey method to deploy a number of questionnaires. The questionnaires in the form of a structured list of questions to respondents in one time (cross-sectional). The questions posed related to the characteristics of the respondent. Respondents in this study are tourits who travel activities in the three lakes. Respondents were determined using non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). Intake of sample based on certain criteria. The criteria based on the judgment or a certain quota specific. Selection of respondents in this study is based on a particular consideration to the purpose of research that tourists visiting the three lakes. The number of samples taken as many as 200 tourists. The number of respondents that are larger than 100 makes it possible to do statistical analysis. The results showed tourist's typology based on the characteristics of tourism market varied in the three lakes. There is also a similarity pattern in each lake typology related tourists visiting that want to enjoy nature and culture based tourist attractions, first timer tourist, and day visitors, tourist spending levels are relatively low, under IDR 500.000.
The condition of labor absorption shows that the higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty, crime, and socio-economic phenomena in society. Absorption of labor is one of the supporters of economic development carried out by developing countries and has the aim, among others, to create equitable economic development. This study aims: 1) To determine the effect of economic growth, the number of the workforce, and the wage level simultaneously on the absorption of district/city workers in the Province of Bali; 2) To determine the effect of economic growth, the number of labor force, and the partial wage level on the absorption of labor in districts/cities in Bali Province. The data used is secondary data from 2010 – 2019 with quantitative and qualitative data types, then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Economic growth, the number of labor force, and the level of wages simultaneously affect the absorption of labor; 2) Partially, economic growth has no effect on employment. The number of labor force and the wage level partially have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption.
This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the local income of Bali Province, to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits, average tourist expenditure, and local income on the economic growth of Bali Province, and to analyze the role of income. native areas in mediating the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on the economic growth of Bali Province. The data used in this research is secondary data, with the method of observation by observing documents or secondary data sources that are related. This study uses time series data with a total of 30 years of observations from 1990-2019, with the analysis technique used is Path Analysis. This study shows the results that the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure have a positive and significant effect on local income in Bali Province. The number of tourist visits, the average tourist expenditure and local revenue have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bali Province. Own-source revenue mediates the effect of the number of tourist visits and the average tourist expenditure on economic growth in Bali Province.
