This study aims to describe the difficulties of students in Qirā’ah jahriyyah and their improvement efforts. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Participants in this study were grade X students in Hospitality 2 Accommodation and grade x Arabic language teachers. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The results showed that the difficulty of pronouncing hijaiyyah letters based on Makhorijul letters experienced by grade X students of hospitality accommodation at Yapari Vocational High School Bandung was located in the Makhraj letters of Al Jauf (oral cavity), namely in the long vowel sounds, Al-Halq (throat) namely the sound of letters ع and خ, and Al-Oral (tongue), namely the sound of the letters ش - ض - ص - ث - ذ. One of the efforts to help improve the quality of student reading is by training and accustoming students to read as much and as often as possible in various opportunities both in the form of school programs and subject teacher programs.

The village is a combination relationship between the activities of a group of people and their environment caused by social and cultural elements. Village government is a government institution that runs and manages village areas. In addition to its environment, Ulamahuam village also has tourist attractions that increase the economic income of residents. This tourist attraction is managed and utilized from natural resources in Ulumahuam Village, Pandayangan hamlet. These natural resources require human resources in the village, to manage tourism objects in order to increase the attraction of visitors. To create a village that cares and has an environmental culture, residents need to be involved in various environmental learning activities. In addition, the village head is also expected to involve the surrounding community in carrying out various activities that provide benefits for both the community and the environment. The role of the village government in the village of Ulamahuam is to carry out socialization to the village community about the Adiwiyata village program, after that the community applies reforestation along the road and then the community manages the natural resources owned in the village so as to generate income for the village, in the village of Ulamahuam still maintaining customs. Technology and the advancement of the internet today really help everyone in meeting their needs. This includes trading transactions. E-commerce is growing with websites that have the capability to increase customer engagement and increase economic value. This incident is known as social commerce (s-commerce). Qualitative research that practices customer satisfaction styles with two e-commerce sites, namely Tokopedia. com and Bukalapak. com. This research also uses the procedures for collecting information sources in the form of documents. Transactions selling objects or services with computer network media connected to the internet are called e-commerce. The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia is very large due to the large population of Indonesia. Tokopedia and Bukalapak are popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia in the form of a marketplace. The purpose of this study was to find a comparison of consumer satisfaction with the quality of the Tokopedia and Bukalapak web sites.

PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Binjai Branch is one of the companies engaged in Islamic financial institutions. In carrying out activities as a company engaged in banking, it is necessary to carry out a SWOT analysis which aims to find out how deposit products are used. This SWOT analysis technique is applied to determine the company's goals. For this the company analyzes the existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This study uses qualitative methods to collect data in the form of descriptive data, both written and spoken language of the people and observed behavior. The results of this study are that 1). Strength in deposit products at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Binjai Branch is located on the ratio or profit sharing time deposits offered by deposits starting from 1 month, for a period of 1 month, customers will be given a profit sharing ratio of 60%. 2). The weakness lies in the bank's very strategic location and is not visible because it is squeezed with other buildings. 3). For customers who will withdraw their money, there will be no administrative fees and penalties will be imposed so that it can be used as a good opportunity for customers. 4). The threat lies in banking regulations which can change at any time sometimes become a threat, and conditions of intense competition.
