Video watermarking is a novel technology that has the ability to solve the problem of illegal digital video manipulation and distribution. In video watermarking, the copyright bits are embedded into video bit streams. This paper proposes two effective, robust and indiscerniblevideo watermarking algorithms. Both the algorithms of video watermarking are based on algebraic transform of Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). In the first algorithm, watermark information bits are embedded in the SVD-transformed video in a diagonal-wise fashion, and in the second algorithm the watermarked bits are embedded in a block-wise fashion. The performance of both the algorithms is performed in lines of imperceptibility, robustness and data payload. Similar results have been achieved with both the algorithms. The only variation in their performance was found in the form of robustness and data payload. The first proposed algorithm attained better robustness results. While the second proposed algorithm attained higher data payload.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
