Sinonasal disease, especially rhinosinusitis, is the most prevalent disease in the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Department. Different anatomical variations of the lateral walls of nose play important role in contributing to osteomeatal complex obstruction, and drainage and ventilation distruption, which eventually causes inflammation of the sinus mucosa. To discover the characteristics of sinonasal anatomical variations in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis based on their CT scan findings.
