The article deals with the main aspects of the development of concrete corrosion damage in reinforced concrete structures. It is noted that the main quantitative indicators of such damages are the depth and the damage factor. Their change in time characterizes the kinetics of the development of concrete corrosion damage. The kinetic model of corrosion damage development by V.M. Bondarenko is presented as perspective for inclusion into normative documents. For the purpose of its additional substantiation special experimental studies of loaded samples of reinforced concrete beams and non-loaded samples in the form of concrete cubes and prisms under prolonged exposure to sulfate- and chloride-containing aggressive media have been conducted. New experimental data on peculiarities of accumulation of corrosive damages of concrete taking into account the influence of different operational factors have been obtained. It is established that damage development has a pronounced fading character over time and depends on the type of operating medium, the presence of cracks, the sign and level of stresses acting in the concrete. In case of sulfate corrosion, the damage coefficient of the outer layer of concrete in the transition zone does not take into account the value equal to zero. It is concluded that the adopted model quite reliably describes the development of corrosive damages of concrete in these corrosive environment.

В предлагаемом подходе вместе с используемыми количественными оценками рассчитываемых показателей предлагается использовать также их качественные характеристики. While building a strategic management system of industrial organizations and enterprises, the problem arises how to estimate the significance of their business lines (subdivisions, structural units, etc.) that determine the implementation of the devised development strategy. The authors considered the conceptual aspects and developed a comprehensive assessment of the state of the business unit in terms of its contribution to the strategic development of the industrial enterprise as a whole. In the suggested approach both quantitative and qualitative parameters are used. Practical implementation of the integrated approach to the assessment of the state of a business unit and its contribution to the strategic development of the industrial organization will allow to distribute the funds in the most efficient way.
Precast reinforced concrete structures with and without reinforcement pre-stressing are used both as newly designed independent ones and are the result of work to strengthen the existing structures by increasing the section. In both cases, the cross section of such elements is considered as a two-layer section, and the resulting composite element works under load under conditions distributed between the layers of internal forces, the mechanism and actual distribution of which depends on the physical and mechanical characteristics, the design scheme and the layers contact interaction parameters. When calculating and designing prestressed reinforced concrete precast-monolithic elements, the shear seam ductility is usually not paid much attention to, which complicates the structure actual stress-strain state analysis and contains a certain undiscovered potential of its rational design. One of the possible directions in solving the problem, which takes into account the contact seam shift, is the structural mechanics variation principles use in the calculation of structures such as rods of composite section. The questions of a composite reinforced concrete precast-monolithic rod of the variation principles of structural mechanics based on the method of V.Z. Vlasov - I.E. Mileykovsky in the displacements form in combination with the step-iterative method of calculation practical applicability in the structural analysis is considered in this work,. The numerical calculations results according to the proposed method are given. This allows to take into account the precast and monolithic layers shear connections specifics, to take practical account of weld compliance, and also to take into account the material characteristics’ physical non-linearity, which contributes to the precast monolithic structures rational design.
