Covid 19 pandemic really judge patience of mankind. Ayurveda explained about epidemic diseases, its causes, pathophysiology, and treatment. Ayurveda explains it under 'marak' or janpadoddhvansa disease. Adharma, pollution of water, air, earth, food, medicine, seasonal variations are its major causes. Concept of immunity is important in this aspect. This article will try to elaborate disease Covid 19 with the help of Ayurveda.

Water is life if we follow proper rules of water consumption it acts like nectar, but if we didn’t follow proper rules of drinking water it may cause or increase many diseases to prove as a poison. In this article with the help of ayurved samhitas, I had tried to elaborate good habits of drinking water. I had tried to set rules for water intake. In samhitas, detail properties of water, cold water, hot water, boiled water, coconut water, early morning water intake, water intake by nose are given. Also in day to day life how we should consume water what are its effect all this is narrated in detail. This article will give new perspective to clinicians as well as patients about rules and benefits of good water intake habits; and will help to prevent disease by simple adoptable method.

Suvrnprashan is one of the oldest traditions of India. Suvarnprashan is described since Vedic era. Now a days as an immunization program suvarnprashan is promoted to leak on the occasion of pushya nakshatra. Today we give immunization schedule against particular disease. We give different dosage for different single bacteria or few viruses. Suvarnprashan is an immune modulator and this is a treatment concept of new era. It is a cost effective remedy for immune modulation. To decide definite dose of suvarnprhan and to understand its benefits as per Ayurveda text is purpose of this article. Method: In this article I tried to recollect references in ayurvedic text and web search of research articles. Result: Suvarnprashan when regularly administered it increases baby's immunity, strength, appetite, complexion, and health. With the help of text, I decided its dosage and formula. 1.25mg per kilogram will be the ideal dose of suvarnbhasma. It should be administered with honey and medicated ghruta like mahakalyanak ghruta, brahmi ghruta or panchagavya ghruta. Its clinical study is carried out at Shree panchakarma and beauty clinic since May 2016, to state its findings will be the outlook of next article. Conclusion: Suvrnprashan is effective immune modulator treatment which increases baby's strength, appetite, complexion, and health. Its standard dose should be 1.25 mg/kg body weight of standard suvarn bhasm mixed with uneven quantity of medicated ghee and honey and allow licking it at least on pushyanakshatra with chanting holy mantra.we should respect indication and contraindication of lehan as described by Aacharya Kashyap.

About 422 million people worldwide have diabetes. The majority of people having diabetes are living in low and middle income countries. 1.5 million Deaths are directly attributed to diabetes each year. Ayurveda had well-explained about ayurveda well before 5000 years. In this article I had explained diet with its proper qualities, which can help to prevent and treat diabetes. Diet with more sweet, sour, salty taste and hot, oily, sticky, heavy character enhances prameha symptoms. Diet with dry, light, with all rasa, helps to cure prameha. Yava, honey, bitter vegetables, wood apple, bitter cucumber, small grains, old cereals, play key role to reduce diabetes symptom, and also to break the dibetes formation chain. To follow diet rules as explained in Charaka vimansthan are also very important in case of prameha.
