The article presents the system of assessment criteria worked out by the authors which allows determining the level of the urban territory development of Orenburg. All the criteria are presented in five categories, each of them containing the relevant indicators: transport accessibility, cultural and social services, demand for housing, development potential, landscape and environmental characteristics of the environment. The assessment is aimed at determining the quality of environmental characteristics of each city district for subsequent identification of the possible level of depressiveness. The authors propose some strategies for rehabilitation, such as transport infrastructure development; improvement of the district environmental; economic growth and reviving investment attractiveness of the district and the city of Orenburg; improvement of the comfort of living for citizens and socio-cultural qualities of the city environment.
The article is devoted to burning theme for contemporary architecture and city-building, concerned the high-technological approach to architectural projecting, taking into account the requirements of ecology, energy-efficiency and the increase of building quality with minimum expenses and maximum comfort. The national standards of green building are meant to adapt international requirements for development of energy-efficient, ecological and comfortable building or complex to local conditions. The examples of ecological and high-technological approach in russian and foreign projecting practice are presented.
Abstract.Article is devoted to issue of integration of vertical gardening into structure of high-rise building in the conditions of the constrained town-planning situation. On the basis of the analysis of the existing experience of design and building of "biopositive" high-rise building ecological, town-planning, social and constructive advantages of the organization of gardens on roofs and vertical gardens are considered [1]. As the main mechanism of increase in investment appeal of high-rise building the principle of a humanization due to gardening of high-rise building taking into account requirements of ecology, energy efficiency of buildings and improvement of quality of construction with minimization of expenses and maximizing comfort moves forward. The National Standards of Green construction designed to adapt the international requirements of architecture and construction of the energy efficient, eco-friendly and comfortable building or a complex to local conditions are considered [2,3].
The article considers the most optimal approaches to the development and development of transit areas, aff ecting the actual problems of a modern large city: the development of citywide functions based on promising transportation hubs, the resolution of the confl ict of transit passenger directions and the urban social environment. As one of the main mechanisms to achieve safety in the operation of urban transport systems, the principles of architectural and spatial formation of transport infrastructure are put forward, including the principle of biopositivity in the structure of transport territories, the principle of environmental safety of transport, the principle of accessibility of transport, the principle of constructive safety, the principle of multilevel linear and central transport elements, the principle of universality of road maintenance. Examples are given from the practice of using these or other methods of forming transport nodes and linear sections in order to improve traffi c safety. The possibilities of the development of safe transport structures in the strategic forecasts of the development of the city are shown.
