Ensuring the economic security of the region is one of the key tasks of the management of the federal entity. By ensuring economic security, the priorities of the management of the region are determined, so that the system of economic security should be integrated into the development management system of the socio-economic system of the region and perform an information and analytical function in it, which requires the development and introduction of economic security monitoring tools into the regional development management system. The article formulated an algorithm integration tools for monitoring threats to economic security in the regional economic development of the control system the methodical approach to assessing threats to regional economic security.
Currently, strategic changes are taking place in the energy sector of Russia, the main vector of which is the transition to digital control mechanisms, the introduction of IoT technologies and the creation of new models of the digital energy market. The number of “connected” devices is growing rapidly in the world. The introduction of IoT («IoT») into energy industry will fundamentally change the rules of the game in the industry. New technologies will significantly reduce losses in the transmission of electrical energy from the generator to the consumer, multiply the reliability of power supply, optimally redistribute energy flows, thereby reducing peak loads. This, finally, will enable the end consumer to take part in the process of transmission and sale of electricity, which will transfer it to the class of “prosumers” - active consumers.
The progressive development of regions as open multi-level systems in the context of aggravating contradictions between the interests of economic agents at the stages of deteriorating macroeconomic conditions and intensifying competition at the global and national levels determine the need to form an effective system of economic security at the meso-level, taking into account numerous threats and risk-forming factors. On the one hand, the digital transformation of enterprises provides competitive advantages in the market, on the other hand, it is a challenge that threatens the very existence of the enterprise. The article reveals the features of a digital enterprise through the prism of process vulnerability. Digital transformation creates new threats to economic security. The main specific threats to the digital enterprise are highlighted, as well as the specific industry threats to the digital enterprise in the energy industry. A classification of threats to the economic security of a digital enterprise in the energy industry in an unstable situation is presented, which can be used as a tool for managing the economic security of a digital enterprise.
