Complex adaptive blended learning with the six value system is expected to improve the quality of learning. It is also expected to improve high order thinking skills. But the level of student's satisfaction in Complex adaptive blended learning with the six value system varies in results. This study aims to determine the grouping of student's satisfaction in complex adaptive blended learning with the six value system. The object of the study was conducted in 3 (three) vocational high schools (SMK) in Cirebon City, West Java Province, Indonesia for digital simulation subjects with a purposive sample of 150 students. Data about student's satisfaction is grouped using the K-Means algorithm with the optimization of generation method. Several stages are carried out in grouping student's satisfaction, starting with randomly determining initial centroid values. The K-Means algorithm process ends if there is no change in centroid value between one iteration and another iteration. Furthermore, performance measurements are performed using the Cluster Distance Performance method. The results are obtained by the performance Vector with parameters K = 4. The average distance in the centroid is-0.107, the average distance in the center of cluster 0 is-0.109, the average distance in the center of cluster 1 is-0.109, the average distance in the center of cluster 2 of-0,100, and the average distance in the center of cluster 3 is-0,106, with Davies Bouldin index of-1,049.
Based on the results of observations made, it was found that the lack of research locations have not been able to produce financial statements presentation about petty cash expenses accurately, quickly, and accurately. That is because there is no accounting information system that covers the process of receiving and disbursing petty cash. At present in the presentation of petty cash financial statements still use Microsoft Office Excel where the summing errors can occur due to accidental deletion of the formula, resulting in the addition of errors that are more difficult for beginners to learn. The change fund system method is a system in which the amount of the petty cash fund changes according to the expenditure and receipt or addition of petty cash. In designing this information system using methods with the stages of Requirements analysis, Data modeling, Normalization. This study also uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, XAMPP, my sql, sublime text 3, Microsoft Office Vision and data obtained from the results of data collection at the research location. This petty cash accounting information system is made so that the process of presenting financial statements about petty cash expenditures that are urgently needed by the company can be done easily, quickly, accurately, effectively, and efficiently in order to avoid waste and fraud. This accounting information system is designed to manage expenses and receipts or additions to petty cash that are sufficient to monitor and control petty cash expenditures.
Abstrak: Dalam mengukur sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan yang dapat diberikan kepada masyarakat, maka diperlukan suatu pedoman yang dapat mengukur terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat atas pelayanan yang diberikan pemerintah, untuk itulah diperlukan adanya suatu kajian terhadap dampak pelayanan yang telah dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Hal ini sangat sesuai dengan Keputusan Menpan dan reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman survey kepuasan masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan public. Penelitian ini menetapkan kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Prosedur Pelayanan, Pesyaratan Pelayanan, Kejelasan Petugas Pelayanan, Kedisiplinan, Petugas Pelayanan, Tanggung Jawab Petugas Pelayanan, Kemampuan Petugas Pelayanan, Kecepatan Pelayanan, Keadilan Mendapatkan Pelayanan, Kesopanan dan Keramahan Petugas, Kewajaran Biaya Pelayanan, Kesesuaian Biaya Pelayanan, Kepastian Jadwal Pelayanan, Kenyamanan Lingkungan Pelayanan, Keamanan Pelayanan. Nilai akurasi algoritma decision tree sebesar 90,66% dengan rincian Hasil Prediksi Puas dengan True Puas memiliki data sebesar 228 Data. Hasil Prediksi Puas dengan True Tidak Puas memiliki data sebesar 12 Data. Hasil Prediksi Tidak Puas dengan True Puas memiliki data sebesar 17 Data. Hasil Prediksi Tidak Puas dengan True Tidak Puas memiliki data sebesar 52 Data. Berdasarkan hasil klasiifikasi index kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan kelurahan karya mulya kota cirebon di kategorikan sebagai layanan yang terbaik. Terlihat dari hasil menunjukan bahwa tingak kepuasan sebesar 240 data dan ketidak puasan sebanyak 69 data atau presentase kepuasan 77.6% dan presetase ketidak puasan 22.3%.
