<p><span>This study aimed to see whether there is an influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Another aim was to see how much influence these factors have on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. Analysis of the data used was multiple regression. Participants involved in the study were 385 teachers in Bandung high school by using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence on the school principal leadership variables, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Statistically the amount of contribution from all independent variables was 68.12%, so the remaining 32.88% was determined by other variables not measured in the study. This research was also useful to find out the factors that can improve teacher performance, so that it is expected to be a theoretical or practical consideration in schools in order to improve the quality of teachers and schools.</span></p>

Make-up is now not only done for personal needs but has become public consumption since the presence of a beauty vlogger. In this era of increasingly sophisticated technology, information about product quality can be obtained by watching content from beauty vloggers This study aims to determine the effect of Beauty Vlogger and Product Quality on the Decision to Purchase Marcks Powder. The method used in this research is the descriptive method and verification method. The results of this study indicate that Beauty Vloggers can be seen to be in a good category, Product Quality can be seen in a good category, and Purchase Decisions can be seen to be in a good category. The T-Test results show that Beauty Vlogger has an effect on Purchase Decisions, and Product Quality has an effect on Purchase Decisions. The F-test shows that Beauty Vlogger and Product Quality affect Purchase Decisions.
The purpose of this study was to know the difference of average abnormal return at LQ 45 between before and after announcement reshuffle of "Kabinet Kerja". This study used explanatory survey method. The total population of 45 companies. Daily data for 6 days' observation each 3 days before announcement and 3 days after announcement covering closing stock price. Hypothesis testing was used paired sample t test. The results showed that there is no significant difference between average abnormal return before and after the announcement reshuffle of "Kabinet Kerja". This indicates that the reshuffle announcement on "Kabinet Kerja" did not generate a market reaction because the reshuffle issue has been widely discussed by experts in their field on various media so investors have been able to predict before the reshuffle was announced.
