BSI Entrepreneur Center adalah salah satu wadah yang bergerak dalam bidang kewirausahaan dilingkungan Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan tujuan membentuk mahasiswa yang ingin menjadi seorang wirausaha. Saat ini BSI Entrepreneur Center telah memiliki penanggung jawab pada masing-masing kampus Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Tetapi karyawan yang ada saat ini belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sebagai penanggung jawab BSI Entrepreneur Center untuk ditempatkan pada masing-masing kampus Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem untuk menemukan sumber daya manusia yang layak untuk menjadi penanggung jawab BSI Entrepreneur Center pada masing-masing kampus Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer sebanyak 300 record yang terdiri dari 12 atribut dengan metode algoritma C.45, KNN dan Naive Bayes untuk mengklasifikasikan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah saran dari karyawan yang layak menjadi penanggung jawab BSI Entrepreneur Center pada masing-masing kampus Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika dengan metode Naive Bayes yang memiliki akurasi tinggi 80%.
Hijab is not a foreign thing for the population in Indonesia, because most of the population of Indonesia is Muslim. Today, many business people, especially hijab sellers, provide a variety of brands and models in the hijab they sell. Therefore sellers are required to be able to think intelligently in making a sales strategy that will certainly be useful to know clearly which products are most in demand by customers, and also to increase sales in their stores. Then there needs to be an alternative that can realize the recording of sales transaction data more quickly and structured. In this study the authors applied the k-means algorithm to determine customer interest in the products they sell. In the calculation that has been done by using two parameters, namely the transaction and the number of sales and passing three iterations with the results of iterations one gets a ratio of 0.374324132, the iteration two gets the ratio 0.543018325, and the iteration three gets the same ratio value as second iteration. So it can be concluded that the hijab that is most desirable by the customers is the hijab with the brand Rabbani, Elzatta, and Zoya, the low-interest hijab branded by Dian Pelangi, Kami Idea, and Meccanism. And the hijab with those who are not high and also not low is the hijab under the brand Ria Miranda, Jenahara, Shasmira, and Shafira.
PT Medical Device Indonesia is a company in the distribution of books and medical devices. In the data processing specially the inventory section it used manual way. It made owner and employees of PT. Medical Device Indonesia become overshelmed in data management, so there is a need for a system to simple the inventory process. The study aims to analyze and design a web based inventory information system, so that the data is more accurate and minimizes errors in data processing. The method used in system development is using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology as making observations and interviews with the parties involved. For the system design method using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method using UML such as usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. The results of this system are the users are able to manage product easily, perfoming complete transaction and process the reports completely.
PT. Mayer Indah Indonesia is engaged in the production of goods, where the most important part to prepare the needs for production needs is the purchasing department, but in the purchasing section it is difficult to determine which items must be bought a lot, are and few in meeting the demand requirements of each part because of the needs goods for production are very unpredictable, eventually causing some goods demand not to be fulfilled because the goods are out of stock. To solve the problems experienced by the purchasing part, datamining using clustering algorithm is k-means method, where the initial stages determine the centroid randomly and do the first iteration calculation and determine the new centroid from the first iteration, then the second iteration calculation is done, because the results of the first and second iterations in the smallest layout of the three groups, the calculation stops. The results obtained by using the ink purchase data seen from the three attributes of incoming goods, items purchased and stock of goods, making it easier and help the purchasing department in classifying items that must be purchased a lot, medium and little.
Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi salah satunya komputer, semakin hari semakin pesat penggunaanya. Berbagai aplikasi yang ada di komputer sangat memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya terutama untuk menyelesaikan tugas sehari-hari. Pemanfaatan komputer belum dirasakan secara maksismal oleh Yayasan Kopia Insani daerah Jakarta Selatan. Kelamahan pengolahan data pada Yayasan Kopia Insani bisa terlihat dalam memanajemen data yayasan, karena kurangnya pengetahuan teknologi dan tidak adanya penggunaan komputer dalam mengelola Yayasan, dan minimnya sumber daya manusia dalam mengoperasikan komputer. Kegiatan pengabdian msyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengoperasian komputer, sebagai bentuk pemahaman teknologi dan informasi dalam suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan pengoperasian program komputer yaitu aplikasi Microsoft Office, berupa peningkatan keterampilan peserta pelatihan terhadap pengetahuan yang lebih detail tentang penggunaan Microsoft Office, yang bisa digunakan dalam pengolahan data disertai dengan berbagai latihan-latihan kasus.
