Isotoma Longiflora Presi known as kitolod belongs to the Campanulaceae family. This plant is used as traditional medicine, and now continues to be in the process of moving towards conventional herbal medicine. Kitolod plants grow scattered on several islands in Indonesia, especially in the lowlands. This review article discusses the scientific journal of the kitolod plant which focuses on chemical compounds and also their pharmacological activities. All information exposure obtained from scientific literature such as scientific journals, the official website of the Minister of Health, books and also electronic books. Based on the results of a literature survey, Kitolod Plant (Isotoma Longiflora Presi). used in traditional medicine, used as anticancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, and is also able to help treat glaucoma and hyperlepidemia. Phytochemical compounds contained in this plant are alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, terpenoids and steroids. This finding was obtained from both in vivo and in vitro testing and analysis of Isotoma Longiflora Presi.

The functions of the nervous system include: coordinating, interpreting and controlling the interaction between the individual and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this review article is to find out the best route of drug administration from several routes of administration to get the best injection route, but the optimal route for delivery to the brain may depend on the underlying disease being treated.
The development of the cosmetic industry that continues to increase has resulted in various circulations of serum products on the market, both in terms of brands, facilities, types, prices, and variations contained in these products. This fact makes it difficult for some consumers, especially those who do not understand about facial serum, to find facial serum products that are suitable for skin conditions. The use of herbal ingredients is an effort to reduce the side effects of cosmetics. This review aims to provide information about several types of plants that can be used as basic ingredients in the form of the active substance of this anti-Acne serum gel. This review is taken from several national and international journals released in the period from 2009 to 2021. There are various plants that have activity as antibacterial or anti-Acne active substances, namely Averrhioa limbi Linn, Pluchea Indica L, Carica Papaya L, Ocimum Basilicum L, Mangifera Indica L, Garcinia Mangostana L, Citrus Aurantifolia (CA), Annona Muricita L dan Muntingia Calabura L, Citrullus Lanatus Thunb. Some of these plants can be used as basic ingredients for making serum because they have excellent antibacterial activity.
