This Community Service Activity aims to provide training for the management of the Al Manar mosque in Kampung Kuper, Semangga District, Merauke Regency related to Providing knowledge on how to prepare mosque financial reports using an Excel-based application for financial reporting, and assistance to mosque administrators in compiling mosque financial reports based on ISAK 35 as the responsibility of the task in accordance with the mandate carried out. This activity was carried out in the form of training and assistance in making mosque financial reports with the application of systematic financial reports using the Microsoft Excel program. The methods for implementing this service program are: Field Observations, Implementation of Training Programs, and Evaluation. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out can be drawn several conclusions, namely (1) With the existence of training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards based on the excel program, it is able to improve mosque administrators in compiling financial reports; (2) Having an accounting program with excel can help make it easier to prepare financial reports; (3) With assistance in compiling financial reports, skills and accuracy in preparing financial reports can be increased.

This research aimed to see relationships between Entrepreneurial Marketing construct and Marketing Performance construct in Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) of food and beverages. Questionnaires were given to 150 owners of food and beverage SME to test the proposed construct. Testing data used the AMOS 22 program. Testing was run to analyze a relationship between the constructs and the proposed hypothesis. The results of the test proved that there was a positive relationship between the construct of entrepreneurship marketing and marketing performance. So it can be concluded that the implementation of entrepreneurial marketing theory will help a business in improving its marketing performance.

Desa Wasur di Distrik Rimba Jaya Merauke Papua merupakan salah satu penghasil tanaman padi dengan total produksi mencapai 1.650 ton dengan luas lahan 300 ha. Adapun jenis sawah yang telah teridentifikasi adalah sawah tadah hujan. Proses penanaman padi sangat bergantung pada kolam-kolam penampungan air hujan yang telah dibuat. Salah satu permasalahan petani adalah biaya produksi, terutama pembelian bahan bakar minyak (BBM) untuk mendistribusikan air dengan menggunakan pompa konvensional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas petani dan mensosialisasikan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan yang ramah lingkungan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu Sosialisasi teknologi, Rancang bangun teknologi, Workshop teknologi dan Evaluasi kegiatan. Adapun hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan rancang bangun Teknologi Pompa Smart Energi dapat beroperasi dengan baik, dengan total daya yang dihasilkan mencapai 712,6 W/m2 dan debit air pompa mencapai 3,5 m3/s. Para petani dapat mengoperasikan dan memelihara teknologi tersebut sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur. Para petani juga dapat mengurangi biaya penggunaan BBM, meningkatkan produktivitas dan dapat menerapkan teknologi energi terbarukan.
