Kemampuan kognitif merupakan kemampuan yang memiliki proses diawali dari pola pikir individu yang akan menjalankan proses hingga pada kegiatan psikis atau mental. Masih ada beberapa anak yang belum mampu untuk memahami secara baik dalam mengenal hewan-hewan hanya melalui gambar yang ada di poster saja. Pengenalan hewan pada anak usia dini dapat membantu meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif yang menjadi salah satu penentu kesuksesan anak di masa yang akan datang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran smart board berbasis augmented reality untuk pengenalan hewan pada anak usia dini; dan (2) mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran smart board berbasis augmented reality untuk pengenalan hewan pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (RD), dengan menggunakan prosedur penelitian model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket validasi yang diberikan kepada validator, guru, dan peserta didik. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk memperjelas hasil penelitian. Adapun uji kelayakan pada produk sebesar 77,17% dimana sudah masuk dalam kategori layak untuk diuji cobakan pada kelompok kecil. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan adalah sebesar 85,6%, artinya produk media pembelajaran layak untuk digunakan dala proses pembelajaran pengenalan hewan pada anak usia dini di PAUD Ummul Habibah Klambir V. Maka media pembelajaran smart board berbasis augmented reality sangat efektif dan berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kognitif anak usia dini terutama pada pengenalan hewan.
This study aims to determine "The Effect of Leadership Style and Work Environment Again Employee Performance. This research type is associative that is a research where the relation between two variables. Population in this research is all employees in PT. Astra International Tbk – Toyota Auto 2000 Sisingamangaraja Medanas 60 employees. And by using the slovin formula technique, then the number of samples in this study as much as 52 responden taken from some population. Based on the result of t test can be seen on t count on leadhership style dispersion equal to 2.374 bigger than t table with 2.011 with probability tengan sig 0,001 less than limit of significance equal to 0,05. Based on that then. Values greater than the significance limit of 0.05, then those variables partially have a positive and significant effect on. Based on the result of F test, the result of Fccount is 21.635 > 3.20 with sig 0,000 <a 0,05, showing Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning work discipline and simultaneously and significant to performance variable. R Square value 0,704. To see the great influence of independent variables on dependent variable by calculating the result of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, thus yield KD = 70,4%. This figure indicates that 70.4% work discipline (dependent variable) can be inferred by work discipline and compensation. The remaining 29.6%, by other factors not in this study.
This research was conducted to explain the partial or simultaneous influence of the variables of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Mewah Indah Jaya. The total population used is 70 respondents, employees who work at PT. Mewah Indah Jaya which was taken using a questionnaire as a data collection method in this study. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a simultaneous significant effect between the three variables, and a partially significant influence between the motivation, compensation and work discipline variables on the performance of employees at PT. Mewah Indah Jaya.
The purpose of this study aims to determine the factors that affect the level of liability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Design/methodology - This research is very associative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained by accessing the BEI Website (www.idx.co.id). To collect data, researcher documentation used. This research is considered as a quantitative analysis. To analyze the data, the researcher used Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypetheses Test (F Test and T Test) with a significance value of 5%. Findings – The results show that there are financial factors affecting the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets and there are also non-financial factors that affect maturity and security towards the level of liability in Banking Companies. The t-test (partially) shows that there are factors that affect the current ratio, maturity, secure towards the level of liability, and not for the ratio of debt to equity and return on assets.
