Virus Corona merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia dan hewan, sedangkan kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu fungsi dari manajemen keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui kepuasan kunjungan pasien rawat jalan dimasa pandemi covid 19 di Puskesmas Bulango. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif non analitik menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Reliability sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Cukup sebanyak 19 responden (47.5), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Assurace sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Cukup sebanyak 23 responden (57.5), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Tangibles sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 18 responden (45.0), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Empathy sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 20 responden (50.0), kepuasan pasien berdasarkan Responsiveness sebagian besar adalah dengan kategori Baik sebanyak 20 responden (50.0). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian yaitu Mutu pelayanan keperawatan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 dinilai sudah baik, akan tetapi perlu di optimalkan pada dimensi Reliability dan Assurace.
Covid 19 is a respiratory disease with a high transmission rate and can lead to death. The high number of cases day by day makes patients exposed to Covid-19, both those treated in hospitals and those who are home quarantine felt physical pain, also show somatic symptoms with high anxiety, so it can affect mental health. One of the efforts to overcome anxiety is with supportive therapy. The purpose of this study is to find out supportive therapy for reducing anxiety in certified nurse students who are confirmed Covid 19 who are undergoing home quarantine at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo. This research is a quantitative research with pre-test and post-test designs without control group. The population in this study were certified nurse students who were confirmed Covid 19. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with the quota sampling technique. The number of sample used was 18 people. Data analysis using paired t test. The results of the study after the intervention showed that there was no anxiety as much as 33.3% and mild anxiety 66.7%. The difference in the average level of anxiety before and after supportive therapy was obtained p value of 0.0001. To reduce the level of anxiety providing psychological support will increase calm. Supportive therapy is also needed to support recovery and prevent further worsening of confirmed Covid-19 patients.
The main objective of this research was to identify the effect of Nursing Unit Manager leadership toward the competence and loyalty of nurses and its impact toward the quality of discharge planning on patients of stroke at Type B and C Hospital, Gorontalo Province. This research was a descriptive analytic research and used cross sectional approach. the samples were taken by using probability sampling technique with 96 nurses in Neurology Inpatient Ward and other Medical Ward at Type B and C Hospital, Gorontalo Province. The data were analyzed by using Path Analysis. The result of statistical test showed that there were effects of Nursing Unit Manager Leadership toward the Competence and Loyalty of Nurses and its Impact toward the quality of Discharge Planning with Probability Value 0,05>0,000. The result of path analysis showed that the greatest impact was the nursing unit manager leadership impact toward the competence of nurses with value 0,765. The factor with lowest impact was the competence toward the loyalty of nurses with value 0,064. In conclusion, the competence of nurses should be enhanced, so they aware the importance of discharge planning to be treated to patients of stroke khususnya pada pasien stroke yang komprehensif.
