Motivasi dan inspirasi belajar saat ini mengalami hambatan karena merebaknya wabah Covid-19. Coronavirus adalah pandemi di seluruh dunia yang penyebarannya sangat menegangkan. Oleh karena itu, otoritas publik berupaya untuk membendung penyebaran infeksi Covid-19 dengan memberikan strategi dengan tujuan agar seluruh warga sekitar melakukan social distancing atau menjaga jarak. Hal ini membuat seluruh kerangka pembelajaran di sekolah secara tatap muka dipindahkan ke strategi pembelajaran internet atau dalam jejaring (daring). Adanya gangguan dalam proses belajar memberikan pengaruh yang kecil bagi siswa sehingga mempengaruhi inspirasi belajarnya. Penyuluhan ini akan bertemakan memotivasi siswa SMA di masa pandemi Covid-19. Materi Emotional and Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) akan dijadikan sebagai bahan utama dalam penyuluhan ini. Materi ESQ sudah terbukti dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual seseorang dalam menghadapi tantangan dan memberikan semangat baru dalam hidup ini. Dengan ini diharapkan, siswa SMA mempunyai semangat dan tujuan hidup yang lebih mantap dalam menghadapi pembelajaran dan kehidupan di saat pandemi Covid-19 ini.
Mangkuto chicken farm is one of the large waste-producing farm in Lintau Buo and the waste in question is chicken manure. This waste can cause air pollution and will disturb human health, of course. From these conditions, the researchers were inspired to process the waste into something of sale value by processing chicken manure into organic fertilizer aerobically with low technology in the form of crumbs. Then knowing the moisture content and PH of the organic fertilizer based on the ideal parameters of organic fertilizer and knowing whether This business is feasible to be developed from a financial aspect with the Break Event Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods. And the results obtained from this research are organic fertilizer in the form of crumbs with a moisture content of 32.98% and a PH of 9.30 and this business is indeed feasible to be developed from a financial aspect.
PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung is a company engaged in oil palm plantations and processing factories. This plantation business is located in Jor. Mangun Jaya, Kec. Asam Jujuhan, Kab. Dhamasraya. Jor. Talao and Jor. Sungai Talang, Nag. Sungai Kunyit, Kec. Sangir, Kab. Solok Selatan and Desa Rantau Tipu, Kec. Limbur Lubuk Mangkuang, Kab. Bungo Prop. Jambi. From these conditions the researchers were inspired to analyzed the oil at the press station. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors cause oil losses at the pressure station and what steps can be taken in an effort to reduce the level of oil losses by using the SPC method namely cause and effect diagrams and check sheets. Based on the results of the analysis, in this case standart of the company that lost oil was 5.0%. The factors that cause oil losses at the pressure station are human factors, machines, materials and methods with the highest factor, are the engine factor. As for the steps that can be taken by repairing and replacing engine parts, always supervising the workforce, planning the harvest on time.
This article presents research in the field of Supply Chain Management, the method used is descriptive exploratory method, using this research method it will be known about the object under study, resulting in conclusions from the research process carried out. The descriptive method is to find out and explain the characteristics of the variables studied in a situation and to describe aspects that are relevant to the research phenomenon. Research was conducted on this furniture business (CV. Budi Perabot), it is difficult for the company to determine the optimal amount of production because the demands of each retailer are different every month. After calculating the Bullwhip Effect using the Periodic Review method, it is known that the value of the Bullwhip Effect is a wardrobe of 1, a bed of 0.919, a dresser of 1.19, a display cabinet of 0.97. The application of the Periodic Review method has a positive impact because it is able to reduce or reduce the value of the Bullwhip Effect and minimize those in orders, demands and sales. In addition, the Periodic Review method is also able to create inventory at the recommended level on the number of orders. Comparison of the value of the Bullwhip Effect before applying the Periodic Review method for all products was 8,988 and after applying the Periodic Review method, it was reduced to 4,079. The comparison value was 4,909 after adding up all the products under study.

Ergonomics has an important role in preventing MSDs. Employee work activities at CV. Rempah Sari is an industrial company engaged in cinnamon bark. Workers feel complaints on the upper neck, lower neck, left shoulder, right shoulder, back, right arm, left arm, waist, hips and on the knee. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the risk level of the administrative department's work posture using the Standard Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) and Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) methods. The results of this study using the SNQ method show that employees complain about the neck, shoulders, arms, back, waist, hips, buttocks, and need immediate repairs. The results of the ROSA calculation show that employees A, employees B, and employees C employees have a high or dangerous risk, and urgent repairs are needed. The cause of the high risk experienced is caused by the inadequate use of facilities, the need to update work facilities according to ergonomic standards in the world of work, and the holding of good and correct computer office ergonomics training to reduce injuries when using computers.
