Abstrak: Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Berpengaruh pada Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Salah satu alternatif untuk memecahkan masalah pengangguran adalah dengan memberdayakan kelompok terdidik melalui program kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi yang diharapkan mampu berkontribusi dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga mengurangi pengangguran dan beban negara. Penelitian ini menguji model yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control, social support dan need for achievement terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control dan social support pada minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap need for achievement mahasiswa, tidak terdapat pengaruh social support pada need for achievement dan yang terakhir terdapat pengaruh need for achievement terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata kunci: internal locus of control, social support, need for achievement, entrepreneurial intention Abstract: The Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurial Intention of College Students. The alternative to solve an unemployment problem is to empower the educated person through entrepreneurship programs at colleges that are expected to contribute to employment, thereby reducing unemployment and the burden on the state. This study tested a model that aims to determine the influence of internal locus of control, social support and the need for achievement against in entrepreneurial intention of the student. This study was a cross-sectional. The results show a significant relationship between internal locus of control and social support to the entrepreneurial intention of students. There is a significant relationship between internal locus of control and the need for achievement of students. There is an insignificant relationship between social support and the need for achievement and the last there is a significant relationship between need for achievement and entrepreneurial intention of students. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan teknologi juga turut mengubah pola konsumsi masyarakat, semakin tinggi pendapatan suatu negara maka kegiatan ekonomi akan semakin beragam dan dinamis sehingga konsumsi masyarakat akan bertambah pula, apabila konsumsi masyarakat semakin meningkat maka berdampak pada ketidakstabilan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari green brand, green trust dan green advertising terhadap keputusan pembelian produk The Body Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat perhitungan statistik yang digunakan yaitu SPSS versi IBM 25. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 138 responden yang dibagi dalam lima kategori pelajar, mahasiswa, karyawan, pegawai negeri, wiraswasta di Yogyakarta dan menggunakan produk The Body Shop. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah green brand berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian The Body Shop, green trust berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian The Body Shop dan green advertising berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian The Body Shop.
The Quadruple Helix concept is the development of Triple Helix by integrating civil society. The Quadruple Helix approach is far from being considered a definite and established concept in research and innovation policy. The purpose of this study is to describe the Quadruple Helix application which can be used as a system framework to increase creative economic growth as a tourism attraction in the city of Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, primary data obtained from observations, interviews, and FGDs with representatives from academia, fashion creative economy actors, communities, and the government. The location of this research is the Ngasem Market and Malioboro areas. The results of this research are skills development training that focuses only on certain groups such as designer groups, pencorek groups or other groups, so that training participants can learn according to their interests and talents, hold batik fashion exhibitions near tourist objects that are visited by many tourists, and marketing strategy training that is oriented to the environment and changes in consumer behavior.
Since the Covid 19 virus, companies have been required to provide training and must immediately rack their brains to change work methods, because this pandemic will not be over in a short time. Adapting learning, adapting workers' systems, worship, and health protocols are things that must now be adhered to. Therefore, the role of training and changes in the work environment is needed about the current situation so that employee performance can be maximized. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training and work environment changes on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive data analysis. The validity of the data was obtained through validity and reliability. research population namely PT. Solusky Yogyakarta by taking samples using census or saturated samples. The results in this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between training variables and changes in the work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Solusky Yogyakarta.
