This paper presents the methods of the development of fishing ports for the supplying safe seafood products, based on the some rules on the food hygiene control and on the eco-label system which is useful for fishery resource management in Japan. First, we analyze the issue of the hygiene control for the fresh fish on the distribution process from the landing places to the consumers and propose the method to estimate the hygiene level with the two factors; the water quality, control and the sanitary condition of the working areas at the fishing ports, landing places and the auction halls on the distribution process, etc. Secondly, we propose the method to select whether fishery products are contribute to be sustainable or not, as secure the validity of the sea food hygiene control at the fishing ports.
Fishing port facilities are the main coastal structures in fishery area forming large stocks for which a considerable degradation is concerned. Introduction of the stock management capable of reducing the life cycle cost and enhancing the life and durability of the existing structures is expected. This paper discusses the future prospects and problems with the stock management when applied to the fishing port on the basis of the actual operations. For a smooth introduction of the stock management to the fishing port facilities, a series of systematic measures are introduced including accumulation/utilization of the surveillance data, appropriate diagnosis of the degradation, rational prediction/countermeasures for the degradation , and estimation/yearly stabilization of the LCC .
For the economical construction of breakwaters in relatively deep sea ports, we have already proposed a jackettype breakwater with water chambers consisting of more than two vertical walls and one submerged horizontal plate. In the practical application of pile supported breakwaters of this kind, inclined support piles are usually adopted because of economical points of view. In such a situation, the shape of the water chamber may become trapezoidal because of inclinations of support piles. In addition to the rectangular-shaped water chamber, the trapezoidal-shaped water chamber was used for a jacket type breakwater. Hydraulics performance of the breakwaters, such as reductions of transmitted waves and water exchange abilities etc., is examined experimentally and theoretically.

The owner system of aquaculture tangle is that consumer become to be owner of tangle juvenile, after maturity tangle is harvested, those tangle is processed and directly distributed to the owner.The owner can access to the website which distributes the information about growing tangle. The authors suppose that the number of becoming owner is depended on access number to website. Then how does the access number to website change by media sorts informing owner system. There are many media sorts, those are television, radio, newspaper, word-of-mouth and postcards. How does the number of access to website depend on renewal method. The effective media sorts and renewal method of website are studied. As the result, the words of mouth and postcards are effective media and regularly renewal of website is effective for access number increasing.
