Indonesia is one of Muslim majority country in Asia and the largest Muslim population in the world, even the historical record of Indonesian independence achieved by Muslim fighters. Islamic values colored the formation of a legal basis in Indonesia, but the implementation is a lot of inequality, so the longer the Identity country further away from the basic principle of appropriate early construction. As a democratic country that is based on Pancasila Indonesia should be able to maintain the rights of citizens in accordance with the applicable Norms. Fading Identity Politics in Indonesia make Indonesia increasingly distant from the expectations prosperity aspired. So that reformation of welfare in Indonesia, the implementation of Islamic values and norms needs to be clarified, including the present one maqashid concept of Sharia in Identity Politics, so as to create ideals to realize an Indonesia that have character and can certainly restore the prosperity that has been desirable because basically the nature of Islam itself is a grace for the entire universe.

AbstrakPerkembangan media social sangat pesat seiring berjalannya waktu, karena semakin lama teknologi akan semakin berkembang. Salah satu fungsi dari media sosial adalah untuk menghubungkan satu pihak ke pihak lain, tetapi karena perkembangan zaman tersebut fungsi dari media sosial bukan hanya untuk menghubungkan satu pihak dengan pihak lain tetapi dengan media sosial opini publik bisa dirubah bahkan disesuaikan dengan kepentingan pihak yang memulai provokasi tersebut. Setiap manusia memiliki kepentingan dan kepentingan itulah yang dijadikan kunci dari segala hal. Dari kepentingan ini muncul fungsi lain dari sosial media yang disini adalah facebook dan blog, yang menjadi salah satu media yang membantu oknum dalam menghubungkan kepentingan oknum tersebut kepada masyarakat yang ingin dijadikan massa-nya. Propaganda dalam media sosial memiliki peran dalam konflik di Suriah dan Mesir salah satunya adalah karena adanya propaganda tersebut masyarakat menjadi emosi dan hal ini adalah pemicu revolusi sehingga berdampak konflik terjadi di Mesir dan Suriah.

This research aims at analyzing the impact of international cooperation on economic security carried out by local governments. Economic security is an essential aspect of the human security approach. In the human security approach, security is not limited to military threats but also non-military threats including threats to economic security. The aspects of economic security can be fulfilled by various elements in state institutions. Local government as one of the elements of the State has a strategic role in supporting the fulfilment of economic security aspects. One of the efforts which can be employed by the Local Government is international cooperation. International cooperation undertaken by the Local Government is a popular form of cooperation; it has been executed by various Local Government in Indonesia, both the Regency and Provincial Governments. According to the Treaty Room of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, there had been more than 70 international cooperation done by the Local Government.
