The purpose of this research is to help the system to increase profits obtained by using the Decision Support System (DSS) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. Where each criterion and alternative is compared with each other so as to give priority output values. With this application it is expected to reduce errors in data management so as to obtain accurate information. Software design methods used are ongoing system flow, global design, new system flow, context diagram, data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), detailed design, database design, and system implementation. This research is carried out by applying a framework or research method that starts from identification of problems, problem analysis, set goals, study literature, collecting data, system design, system testing, and system implementation. By conducting research with the research method will produce the right analysis on the Tunas Karya Utama Furniture Handicraft and applied to a decision making application program. Reports generated in the decision support system process will produce accurate reports later.

The foundation behind the concept of restorative justice is part of an approach that focuses on situations where in order to create justice and even balance the perpetrators who commit criminal acts, and also for the rights of victims. Procedures and procedures as well as criminal proceedings that lead to the principle of criminalization are changed to a process of family conversation and mediation in order to create an agreement and to resolve the criminal case which leads to crime and will be equal for the victim and the perpetrator of the crime The concept of restorative justice in itself has a meaning where justice will be repaired, and restoration here has a broader meaning to what is known in conventional criminal justice processes or in general that has been applicable so far with the existence of restitution or commonly referred to as compensation for victims. This restorative justiche concept, if included in a system in juvenile criminal justice, is considered well for its application, because restorative justiche is useful in order to prevent children from facing the criminal system and will be replaced in the guidance pattern for the child.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh proses belajar yang menggunakan metode konservatif, yaitu pembelajaran yang terpusat pada guru dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan memakai media papan tulis dan untuk peserta didik dibekali dengan adanya buku pelajaran. Kurangnya inovasi dalam proses belajar mengajar seperti minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran membuat peserta didik menjadi tidak tertarik akan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan yang membuat pembelajaran menjadi tidak efektif yang mengakibatkan menurunnya minat belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan template microsoft powerpoint pada mata pelajaran geografi kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Lubuk Basung. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model R&D yang digunakan adalah 4-D (four D) yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Multimedia Luther-Sutopo. Uji kelayakan produk penelitian ini berupa Uji validitas yang dilakukan 3 orang ahli, uji praktikalitas oleh 1 orang dam uji efektivitas oleh 15 orang siswa kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 3 Lubuk Basung. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket skala 5. Hasil uji produk ini dianalisis dengan menggunaka rumus Aiken’s V, diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,83 yaitu valid, uji praktikalitas dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Moment Kappa, diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,91 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, dan uji efektivitas dianalisis menggunakan rumus statistic Richard R. Hake (G-Score) diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,98 dengan kategori sangat efektif. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa template media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan dan layak digunakan oleh guru dan siswa dalam mata pelajaran yang bersangkutan. Abstract This research is motivated by a learning process that uses a conservative method, namely teacher-centered learning using the lecture method and using blackboard media and for students to be provided with textbooks. Lack of innovation in the teaching and learning process such as the lack of use of learning media in learning makes students not interested in the learning material provided which makes learning ineffective which results in decreased student interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to develop a Microsoft PowerPoint template for geography class X at SMA Negeri 3 Lubuk Basung. The type of research conducted is research and development. The R&D model used is 4-D (four D), namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, using the Luther-Sutopo Multimedia development model. The feasibility test of this research product is in the form of a validity test conducted by 3 experts, a practicality test by 1 person and an effectiveness test by 15 students of class X Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 3 Lubuk Basung. The research instrument is a 5-scale questionnaire. The results of this product test were analyzed using the Aiken's V formula, the average value was 0.83, which is valid, the practicality test was analyzed using the Moment Kappa formula, the average value was 0.91 with a very high category. And the effectiveness test was analyzed using the statistical formula of Richard R. Hake (G-Score) obtained an average value of 0.98 with a very effective category. Thus, the results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded that the resulting learning media templates can be utilized and are suitable for use by teachers and students in the subjects concerned

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of earnings quality and voluntary disclosure on cost of equity capitalin manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 both simultaneously and partially. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Using a purposive sampling method to get a sample of 71 companies from 213 manufacturing companies. Based on the results of the study it is known that the expertise of earnings quality and voluntary disclosure simultaneously influence the cost of equity capital. But partially, earnings quality has a positive effect on the cost of equity capitaland voluntary disclosure has a positive effect on the cost of equity capitalin manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017

Colchicine is a toxic and carcinogenic alkaloid obtained from the plant extract Colchium autumnale and has been used to treat arthritis (gout) for centuries. The results of clinical trials show that low-dose colchicine is effective for the management of acute gout as well as for long-term maintenance profiling (53) and the use of colchicine is known to reduce the symptoms of inflammatory responses related to COVID-19 and reduce the frequency of other manifestations such as pulmonary infiltrates, headaches and arthralgia. However, so far studies have shown that colchicine is not used as an initial or primary treatment to treat COVID-19 but as a treatment that is "off-label" in response to hyper-inflammation caused by the release of cytokines (52).
