Management of coastal areas on the east coast of Surabaya (Pamurbaya) is very important because this region is largely a conservation area which serves to maintain the balance of the ecosystem of Surabaya. This study aimed to analyze changes in the coastal land and create a dynamic model of coastal land area changes in Pamurbaya. The method used is the field survey, the linear regression method and dynamic modeling. Dynamic modeling using the software Stella 4.0. The results showed that the changing of used land can be explained by the dynamic model described by a linear regression model. The result is useful to predict the pamurbaya condition for next few years and useful as inputs to city government in managing coastal areas of Pamurbaya.
The aims of this study are analyzing the score of median lethal concentration (LC50) of lead on the red tilapia fish and also test the influence of Pb exposure on osmoregulation of the red tilapia. This study consists of two steps. The first step is finding out the values of median lethal concentration (LC50) of lead on the red tilapia. The second step is finding out the influence of toxicity of lead metal exposure by giving the metal to the red tilapia maintained in the fresh water for 60 days. The lead concentration used are sub-lethal concentration 0 mg Pb/L, 1.7 mg Pb/L, 2.9 mg Pb/L, 4.9 mg Pb/L, 8.3 mg Pb/L and 14.1 mg Pb/L. The influence of lead metal exposure observed in this observation are the mortality of red tilapia fish and osmoregulation. The data of mortality are analyzed by Trimmed Spearman Karber (TSK) version 1.5 from EPA, the data of osmoregulation are analyzed by variant analysis with SPSS version 16. The result of the first step study was the values of LC50 due to the exposure of Pb metal was 13.12 mg Pb/L. The result of the second step study showed that the exposure of Pb metal also caused the disturbance of osmoregulation of red tilapia fish shown by the increase of osmotic pressure blood of red tilapia fish.
Ikan nila merah merupakan ikan yang dapat beradaptasi pada kisaran salinitas yang cukup besar sehingga dapat beradaptasi di air tawar dan air payau. Pada umumnya setiap lahan padi sawah di Indonesia hanya bisa digarap satu sampai dua kali setahun. Salah satu upaya yang dikembangkan dalam memanfaatkan waktu luang lahan yaitu dengan usaha tani mina padi. Sistem ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pembesaran ikan nila merah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan salinitas terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan benih ikan nila merah (Oreochromis sp.). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen laboratoris, dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi langsung dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini didapatkan perbedaan salinitas tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan nila merah. Parameter kualitas air pada saat penelitian masih termasuk dalam kondisi optimum dengan nilai suhu : 26,5 – 30,5ºC, pH : 7,1 – 8, dan DO : 3,2 – 7,1 mg/l.

IMS in the territorial waters of the port ofGresik in East Java Province. This study aimed to evaluate the extent of the implementation of the policy, especially in relation to issues Dredging and dumping activities in the area that has been determined on the recommendation of Adpel Gresik to dumping areas in APBS and recommendations of Adpel Tg. Perak for dumping area at APTS. The method used in this research is a method of qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Minister of Communications Decree No. B.XXXIV-260 / PU.62 flawed because it does not comply with Regulation No. 21 of 2010 and the implementation of its activities partly obligations are not met by PT. IMS. The importance of close monitoring of the implementation of the program of the agency appointed for the purpose of policy decisions can be realized in line with expectations. Therefore, for the implementation of the decision of the Minister of Transportation's new No. KP 687 in 2012 should be fully implemented in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of each agency designated to watch.
