The aim this study is discussed on the detection and correction of data containing the additive outlier (AO) on the model ARIMA (p, d, q). The process of detection and correction of data using an iterative procedure popularized by Box, Jenkins, and Reinsel (1994). By using this method we obtained an ARIMA models were fit to the data containing AO, this model is added to the original model of ARIMA coefficients obtained from the iteration process using regression methods. In the simulation data is obtained that the data contained AO initial models are ARIMA (2,0,0) with MSE = 36,780, after the detection and correction of data obtained by the iteration of the model ARIMA (2,0,0) with the coefficients obtained from the regression 1 2 1 2 3 0,106 0, 204 0, 401 329 115 35,9 t t t Z Z Z X t X t X t and MSE = 19,365. This shows that there is an improvement of forecasting error rate data.
Implementation of learning technology is one of the necessary ways to demonstrate the competence of qualified graduates. This research aim to make model of website Implementation to improve student quality. The Current Study Provided only provides the existing General Implementation. The Participants of this study were lecturers, undergraduate and postgraduate students and education practitioners throughout Indonesia using online form. Data collection Methods used were direct interview, online survey and needs analysis using waterfall method. The results show that the implementation of existing learning does not lead to the needs in the industry era 4.0 almost no change. This research produces a complete learning implementation innovation as required by the Policy Makers.
Decision Support System is an interactive system that supports decision in the decision-making process through alternatives derived from the processing of data, information and design of the models. Selection decision support system of chemical fertilizer in fruit plant is expected to help anyone who wants to cultivate fruit trees can determine the chemical fertilizer as expected based alternatives and criteria set by the user. In this research method used is TOPSIS Method and Method of Fuzzy Logic. TOPSIS method is one of multiple criteria decision making method that uses the principle that the alternatives selected must have the shortest distance. Fuzzy Logic is a methodology of control systems troubleshooting, the fuzzy logic stated that everything is a binary which means it is only two possibilities, "Yes or No", "True or False", "Good or Bad", and others. Therefore, all of these can have a membership value of 0 or 1.
