This research aims to study the effectiveness of Kumon learning model against the increasing of student grade at Economic Math subject at STIMI Meulaboh. Quasi experiment method with pretest-posttest is used. The population used by model is students of Management Economic at STIMI Meulaboh that follow Economic Math subject at odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The students at Room 1 consist of 30 students are chosen as sample. The test instrument is used to collect the data for research. The research implementation procedure provides pretest in the beginning of the meeting and compares the result with posttest after Kumon learning model is applied on all samples. The result of pretest and posttest are used as research data. The research result point out that Kumon Learning Model helps students to increase their grade at Economic Math subject at STIMI Meulaboh..

This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer interpersonal communication on student learning motivation at STIMI Meulaboh. The dependent variable in this study is the student's learning motivation while the independent variable is the lecturer's interpersonal communication. The research method used in this study is to use multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, the value of sig < 0.05 in other words H0 accepted, meaning that interpersonal communication between lecturers (openness, empathy, and support) had an effect on student learning motivation in the economic statistics course II at STIMI Meulaboh.

This research is done to learn diabetes mellitus type SEIITR with insulin and care factors. Mathematical model type SEIITR is a mathematical model of diabetes in which the human population is divided into five groups: susceptible humans (Susceptible) S, exposed (Exposed) E, infected I without treatment, infected (Infected) IT  with treatment dan recovered (Recovery) R. The SEIITR model has two fixed points, namely, a fixed point without disease and an endemic fixed point. By using basic reproduction numbers (R0), it is found that the fixed point without disease is stable if R0 < 1 and when R0 > 1. Then the fixed point without disease is unstable. The simulation shows the effect of giving insulin to changes in the value of the basic reproduction number. If the effectiveness of β decreases, the basic reproduction number decreases too. Thus, a decrease in the value of this parameter will be able to help reduce the rate of diabetes mellitus in the population.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, occopational safety and health, and work enviroment on employee performance at the Takalar Regerency Public Works Departement. The type of research used is quantitave research, with a total population of all employees of the public works office of Takalar Regency with the number of samples used as many as 48 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS IBM 21. The results of this study indicate that the (parsial) t- test of the variabel of leaderhip style. Occupational safety and health and work enviroment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and leaderhip style, safety and health. Occupational health and work enciroment have a f (simultaneous) effect on employee performance.
