To know clearly about customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Telkomsel in KediriTown of East Java, this research focused on the models of customer’s satisfaction andloyalty increase based on customer trust, and product prices. From the testing results ofthe model in this research, by using random sampling, structural equation modeling (SEM)analysis, and the assistance of software Amos 20, on 150 respondents, it was able toexplain the relationship between trust, price, and customer satisfaction on the customerloyalty in PT. Telkomsel in Kediri Town of East Java. In this research, it was obtained astrong influence of customer trust and satisfaction, amounting to 0.429, and a stronginfluence between customer satisfaction and loyalty, that is of 0.233, it showed that, withthe rising customer trust, it will increase customer satisfaction, which in turn raise theloyalty of PT. Telkomsel customers.In this study, it also found the negative effects of price and customer satisfaction,amounting to -0.089, and the strong influence of negative between price and loyalty ofcustomers, that is of -0.406, this case indicated that, with the rising of product prices, itwill lower customer satisfaction, which further lowers the loyalty of PT. McDonald's is a fast food restaurant that has a branch in Kediri. The restaurant currently has competitors that can reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, the research conducted aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of using the independent variables Customer Relatioship Management and Service Quality and the dependent variable Customer Satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the study, the characteristics of the dominant respondents at the age <20 years are female, the level of students whose income is <1 million in high school education and equivalent. Partially and simultaneously Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality, each of which has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. McDonald’s merupakan salah satu restoran cepat saji yang memiliki cabang di Kota Kediri. Restoran tersebut saat ini memiliki kompetitor yang dapat memberikan dampak penurunan kepuasan bagi para pelanggannya. Oleh sebab itu, dari penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan pengaruh simultan dengan penggunaan variabel bebas Customer Relatioship Management dan Kualitas Layanan serta variabel terikat Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sejumlah 93 responden menggunakan formula Slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, karakteristik responden dominan pada usia <20 tahun berjenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pelajar/mahasiswa yang pendapatannya <1 juta pada pendidikan SMA sederajat. Secara parsial dan simultan Customer Relatioship Management dan Kualitas Layanan, masing – masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.
The purpose of this study is to make a decision when it is appropriate to buy and sell shares in the Jakarta Islamic Index by using technical analysis or other stochastic oscillators, moving averages and MACD. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The population of this study is the Jakarta Islamic Index. The period of January 2016 - December 2018, by taking samples from shares listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The research location is the shares listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index using Chart Nexsus software. Data analysis using technical analysis using three indicators, namely stochastic oscillator, moving average and MACD. Based on the results of the research of the three stochastic oscillator indicators, the moving average and MACD that the one that generates greater profit is using MACD. The right moment in using MACD is if the MACD line cuts the signal line from the bottom up or Golden Cross. And give a sell signal if the MACD line cuts the signal line from top to bottom or Death Cross. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengambil keputusan saat yang tepat untuk jual dan beli saham pada Jakarta Islamic Index dengan menggunakan analisis teknikal atara lain stochastic oscillator, moving average dan MACD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pada Jakarta Islamic Index. Periode Januari 2016 – Desember 2018, dengan mengambil sampel dari saham yang terdaftar pada Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian pada saham yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index dengan menggunakan software Chart Nexsus. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis teknikal dengan menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu stochastic oscillator, moving average dan MACD. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari ketiga indikator stochastic oscillator, moving average dan MACD bahwasannya yang menghasilkan profit lebih besar adalah dengan menggunakan MACD. Momen yang tepat dalam menggunakan MACD adalah bila garis MACD memotong garis sinyal dari bawah ke atas atau Golden Cross. Dan memberi sinyal jual bila garis MACD memotong garis sinyal dari atas ke bawah atau Death Cross.
This research talks about the environment of craftsmen, Managerial Capacity andFunding Decision for Small Scale Enterprises in East Java. The population of the studywas 3,711 craftsmen in East Java. Using Slovin formula with a tolerance of 5%, the samplesize was 392 respondents. Test model with Generalized Least Square Estimation (GLS), structural equationmodel (SEM) analysis, proportional random sampling method and Amos 22 software aid,in 392 respondents. The test results show the model (fit) seen from the value of GFI, AGFI,TLI, CFI, RMSEA and CMIN / DF, each of 0.927, 0.914, 0.965, 0.968, 0.072 and 1.284 areall within the expected range of values so that the model can be accepted. The results showed that: 1). There is a direct influence of the craftsman's Environmenton the managerial capacity of the craftsmen by 0.720. 2). There is a direct influence of thecraftsman's Environment on the craftsman's financing decision of 0.679. 3). There is adirect influence of the managerial capacity of the craftsmen on the craftsman's financingdecision of 0.324. 4). There is an indirect influence of the craftsman's Environment on thefinancing decision of the craftsman through the managerial capacity of 0.233. Major indirect linkage between environmental variables of craftsmen and financingvariables of small craft businesses through managerial capacity variables. This indicatesthat the managerial capacity of small craft business will increase, with the management ofthe business environment of the good craftsmen in East Java Province.
