A limited supply of houses and a rapidly increasing population have caused house prices to skyrocket. The main objective of this study is to understand the consistency in purchasing residential properties among homebuyers in Seri Iskandar, Perak. The questionnaires distributed to a sample of 110 respondents in Bandar Seri Iskandar. The analysis methods are the Relative Importance Index and Descriptive Analysis. This study revealed that the most significant factors influencing home buyers’ purchase decisions of residential properties in Seri Iskandar is neighbourhood factors.
