This article aimed to determine 1) to determine the effect of the principal's attitude on high school teachers’ performance in South Tangerang area, 2) to find out how much influence principal’s attitude has on teachers’ performances in South Tangerang, 3) to determine principal’s attitude that can affect teacher performance. This study employed a quantitative approach with correlational and ex post facto methods. The population was high school teachers in South Tangerang area while the subject of this study was 32 high school teachers in South Tangerang area. The independent variable (X) in this study is the principal’s attitude and the dependent variable (Y) in this study is teacher performance. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and analysis method using Simple Regression. To test the hypothesis, correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis were employed. Prior to the analysis test, the prerequisite tests were carried out, namely the normality test and the linearity test. Testing the hypothesis with a significance level of 5%, it was found that the p-value of the correlation between the principal's attitude variable and teacher performance was 0.079. The significance value of p > 0.05 (0.079 > 0.05). Because the value of F count is smaller than F table, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the variables of the principal's attitude on teacher performance.
There is a critical need for madrasas to make changes. These changes lead to structural changes in organizational management, including HR management. This research aims to analyze the effect of Authentic Leadership and HR practice for competitive advantage in madrasas. A descriptive survey study of 204 madrasas with the observation unit involving teachers was applied in this study and the data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) procedure. The research results show that the essential structural changes to cope with the challenges and demands of competition in inclusive institutions such as madrasas require a leader who understands and can represent the values of madrasas. Structural changes in HR management expand opportunities to gain a solid competitive advantage. The institutionalization of various HR roles requires a foundation of values directed by madrasas leaders. The leaders ensure the identity of madrasas’ values and orientations while considering the demands of competition. The conclusion is that the institutionalization of HR practice management in madrasah’s efforts to compete requires leadership support that represents and understands madrasas with an inclusive nature. This study aims to determine the effect of office layout on teacher performance at Madrasah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative with a linear regression analysis approach. This study uses probability sampling where the population is MP UIN Jakarta teachers. Of the total 165 sample teachers used in this study 63 teachers from all levels with specifications, 34 MI teachers, 19 MTs teachers, and 10 MA teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire, document study, and interviews. The questionnaire was used as the main data collection which was distributed to the research subjects, while document study and interviews were used as complementary techniques to obtain data. The research result states that there is a significant influence between the influence of office layout on teacher performance at MP UIN Jakarta. This can be seen from the data processing results of the calculation of SPSS ver 23, through statistical testing of the T-test. The results of the T-test value are 6.140 and T-table is 1.999 with a significance of 0.000. Using the test criteria T-count > T-table and if the significance <α (0.05), then H0 is rejected, then in the calculation of the coefficient of determination it is known that the effect of office layout on teacher performance at MP UIN Jakarta is 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not examined. However, it can be suggested for the madrasah pay more attention to the arrangement and area of office space for the freedom of teachers to move. As well as paying attention to what needs are needed by teachers so that teachers can improve the quality and performance of their teaching.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of post-pandemic blended learning in elementary schools at Jabodetabek. We know that for two years, learning has always been done with a remote system using the e-learning method. In the new normal era, learning began to be integrated with a blended system, namely a combination of face-to-face and remote. There are also those who mean combining two methods, namely conventional methods, and e-learning. The method used is a survey research method with a descriptive approach, where researchers identify the uses of blended learning in learning and conduct management analysis of the application of blended learning at the MI/SD level after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in 2021 in the Jabodetabek area. The instrument used is a questionnaire supported by theory and observations. In the research results obtained from 186 respondents, 82% stated that the application of post-Covid 19 blended learning in elementary schools was still relevant. So the researchers concluded that blended learning is a new method of learning. Class is not the only place for learning, teachers can do learning anywhere and anytime.
