In the establishment of social enterprises with further functioning, there exists the problem of accessing investments. Therefore, theoretical and managerial aspects of the models formation of financing social entrepreneurship in the global economy are discussed in the article. The purpose of this research is consideration in financing methods of social enterprises for competitiveness in provision of the highest quality services and improvement of living standards. In order to achieve this purpose, methods of logical analysis, expert assessments, comparison method as well as systems analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and analogies were applied. Moreover, the literature review on problems of social entrepreneurship development were analyzed. The approaches of social entrepreneurship definition and its disparity from charitable organizations and traditional businesses were highlighted. Furthermore, comparative analysis of the European and American models of financing social business was provided. The results are presented in five tables. The discussion of financial support for social enterprises is more active at all levels of government compared with the United States. In conclusion, the investment transparency of such enterprises with open accounting system should be driven by future development of social entrepreneurship. In view of this, conditions for the formation of social financial market can be created.

Mega-events have different types of effects for host cities or countries. The purpose of this paper is to identify the impact indicators of the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Baku, Azerbaijan from the perspective of tourism stakeholders and to investigate the effects of these impacts on the urban sustainability through the perceptions of stakeholders after the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The results indicated that environmental and social impacts exerted significant positive effects on urban sustainability. All positive dimensions of economic impact exerted significant positive effects on urban sustainability and 'prices rising' negative dimension exerted nonsignificant effects on urban sustainability. The results showed that except 'tourism infrastructure development' other positive dimensions (infrastructure development, protection of natural resources and cultural heritage) of environmental impact and only 'social welfare' positive dimension of social impact exerted significant positive effects on urban sustainability. This research contributes to policymakers by revealing the impacts of megaevents on urban sustainable development.

The priorities of stabilisation of the Azerbaijan economy require the search for approaches to the organisation of production and economic activities on a new technological basis within the framework of the construction of structures of the Techno park type. This article is devoted to issues of innovative development of key sectors of economy on the basis of digitalisation and creation of technological parks in the Republic of Azerbaijan. This article examines the current situation of the digital economy, its characteristic features, analyses the state of Techno parks and various approaches to the use of the digital economy, as well as the prospects and trends of its development in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The aim of this article is to develop theoretical and practical issues related to the innovative development of key sectors of the economy on the basis of the introduction of scientific and technical structures of the Techno park type. The main result of this work is the allocation of opportunities for the further successful development of key sectors of the economy on the basis of the creation of technological parks in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The article considers theoretical and practical aspects of innovative development of economic sectors on the basis of introduction of scientific and technical structures of Techno park type. It is determined that one of the main problems of development of the country and its individual regions’ increase of investment attractiveness and innovation activity. It is proved that insufficient use of the scientific and technological potential of the country has been shown to be due to lack of organisational resources and organisational innovation.   Keywords: Technopark, digital economy, innovative infrastructure, information technologies.
