Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pola permukiman tepi sungai Tallo dan pengaruhnya terhadap konsep arsitektur hijau. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis synchronic reading yang didukung oleh metode space syntax dan dianalisis berdasarkan konsep arsitektur hijau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola permukiman Tallo awalnya membentuk pola menyebar di atas air, kemudian berkembang menjadi pola memanjang dan pola mengelompok. Pola menyebar dan memanjang dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan masyarakat yang terkait dengan perariran, sedangkan pola mengelompok dipengaruhi oleh sistem kekerabatan dalam masyarakat. Pola memanjang merupakan pola yang susunan ruangnya paling terintegrasi, sedangkan pola menyebar merupakan pola yang paling sesuai dengan konsep arsitektur hijau.Tulisan ini dapat menjadi konsep untuk mengembangkan permukiman di tepian air yang sesuai dengan karakteristik lingkungan dan kondisi sosial masyarakat setempat.
Start Street is an important means of transportation in a residential neighbourhood. Housing built on aquatic environment generally uses of transportation in the form of a wooden bridge that serves as a street by the local community called Titian/Tete. Titian in kampung Karabba and Marbor Tallo district has a poor condition as street access. From its size, material and social role, the existing titian is less able to accommodate its role as a means of transportation. The objective of the study is to explore the local street facilities in various aspects, namely the role of the titian in the social life of the community and humanistic aspect. This research method uses a qualitative exploratory research method field (A Qualitative Exploratory Research) based on field data exploration (field observation). The result is that from the aspect of the size dimension of the titian does not qualify as a path, from the very material range to the climate and unsafe, from the socialistic aspects of the cattle, can play a role as the control of village security as well as the increasing social interaction of the community.
This study aims to measure the level of infrastructure service performance of Mariso low-cost apartment (Rusunawa), which is the key to the comfort of occupancy that ensure the sustainability of daily activities both physical and non-physical. Targets to achieve in this research are to formulate the infrastructure service performance according to the standard service of building infrastructure and facilities and as mandated in the standard of planning, building and evaluation of building post-occupancy. This method is used to determine the extent to which the perception of occupants responding to the results of a built environment after more than 10 (ten) years occupied. The applied research method was descriptive research method through the recording and infrastructure service performance analysis by linking between the comfort factor with the standard planning of Mariso low-cost apartment (Rusunawa). The results of the research are the recommendations on the suitability of the service standards/performance infrastructure of the building with the existing conditions of the building with attention to the variable availability of infrastructure that become the focus of research.
Cambayya is one of the areas in the Makassar city that has slum dwellings located on the water. The houses appears sporadically due to various community problems, such as the high price of land in the Makassar city and difficult to reach by the lower classes and the desire to live near the workplace. As a result, people are looking for low-cost dwellings, although not for rationing, poor sanitation conditions, and lacking facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this research is to know the physical and non physical character of the residence located in the area starting directly adjacent to the water body up to the Barukang road. The method used is the mix use method. In the housing study is divided into 3 zones. The first zone is in the dwelling above the water body, the 2nd zone in the dwelling above the coastal border and, the 3rd zone is in the dormitory adjacent to the main road of the area. The data is collected through the results of field observations in depth on the physical condition of the dwelling and the community. Medium data are measured through closed questionnaires submitted randomly to communities in each zone. The result obtained is the occupancy in each zone is different because of the influence of occupation, land ownership, and location of establishment.
