The purpose of the servic activitiy in Desa Bantarsari Kabupaten Bogor is to empower Desa Bantarsari residents, especially posyandu cadres in improving the quality of nutritional monitoring of toddlers. The activity, provided for them, was the training on the use of smart posyandu applications. Application were made based on the need of the stakeholders who manage the Desa Bantarsari’s posyandu. The evaluation of the activity was carried out by giving a questionnaire consisting of 13 questions spread over five variables. The evaluation results showed that the application can assist the work of the participants in improving the quality of nutritional monitoring for toddlers and was easy to use. The participants were also motivated to use the smart posyandu application. Overall, the participants were satisfied with the activity.
Surgical schedule changes, caused by uncertainty case on the day of operation, can decrease the hospital's service quality. Resilience Concept algorithm produces the risk value for schedule modification caused by the uncertainty case. However, this algorithm only managed the delay of elective surgery in previous research. Therefore, this study applies the resilience concept algorithm in handling the emergency case, and the shift of elective surgery into earlier than its current schedule. Resilience algorithm's performance is compared to Rule-Based algorithm in managing the surgery's schedule for uncertainty case. There are 20 test scenarios, consisting of 12 scenarios for elective surgery schedule changes and 8 scenarios for emergency case, that were given trial to the algorithms. Both of the algorithms 100% succeeded passing through all the scenarios. Yet, both of the algorithms could not give the priority schedule changes based on the risk level. Resilience algorithm could not give the priority based on the risk level of value caused by the imperfection of the resources delay calculation (T n ).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
