Hospital recording system guidelines or known as medical records. Failure to fill medical records has an impact on the quality of service and hospital accreditation. The purpose of this study is to see what factors are the cause of non-compliance in filling Medical Records in hospitals throughout Indonesia. Research is a systematic review. The source of this research data comes from the literature obtained through the internet in the form of published research results regarding the causes of the inability of medical record documents in hospitals from all journals that have been published and can be accessed via the internet. Data was collected from 15 April 2020-10 July 2020. The results of the analysis through document review showed that the factors causing non-compliance of filling medical record documents at the High Hospital were human resources which were 66.6%, there was no clear and firm policy of 33.3%, facilities that did not support were 22.2% and limited funds by 11.1%. It is expected that each hospital must have a clear and firm policy in dealing with non-compliance with filling out this medical record document. With a clear and firm policy on the condition of HR unpreparedness, the facilities and financial conditions which will also be regulated in the policy can also be overcome at the same time.
Organ shortage is a major concern in many countries. The objective of this paper was to investigate the factors that contribute to the low quantity of organ donation in Malaysia. The 1311 respondents in this survey came from the three main ethnic groups in Malaysia (Malay, Chinese and Indian). The survey was based on these components: The reason for not pledging to become a donor; the reason of refusing to become a donor; and whether non-fungible incentive would influence decision. The lack of information and trust were the factors that influenced the respondents to remain apathetic to organ donation. The results denote that people are unlikely to become a donor even if non-fungible incentive were provided to them. Thus, it is important for the government bodies to evaluate the programme and strategies of public education in relation to organ donation.
The family is an important factor that influences an individual's decision for organ donation. The number of studies addressing the family's role in organ donation is limited. It is imperative to explore these studies and offer recommendations that may help in addressing organ shortage. 15 studies with more than 2100 participants were selected for a systematic review. The studies were accessed by searching three databases: MEDLINE, Elsevier, and PsycINFO. This systematic review indicates that knowledge about brain death and the circumstances surrounding organ donation and transplantation are the most important factors that affect a family's decision regarding organ donation. Educational efforts targeting the family should be initiated, which can then guide the family's decision on organ donation. We suggest that educational efforts be consistent with other factors such as religious beliefs that influence the family's decision.

The role of science and technology in all sectors, including education, is now well established. STIKes Syedza Saintika has a comprehensive library and various visiting activities, however at present moment, student visits are still manually documented in the library's visitor book, which takes time to fill out and is still reviewed on a regular basis while performing a summary of the visit. Of course, a manual method is prone to mistakes, but a technology-based library guest book system employing a QR Code is not. Based on the aforementioned issues, a library visitor book system utilizing a QR Code is required, which is projected to reduce mistakes and give ease to students and librarians in processing library visit data. A System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design is used in this investigation. This study develops a QR Code-based guest book information system for library visits, which aids students and librarians in handling guest book data.
