Hypertension as Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) is the largest contributor to the causes of death in the world. Complications of hypertension account for the majority of deaths globally. Uncontrolled health behavior in patients with hypertension is closely related to an increase in morbidity rates due to complications from hypertension each year. Medication adherence is one of an effort to form positive health behaviors to prevent hypertension complications. This study aims to identify the relationship between health behavior with medication adherence in hypertensive clients in Cipayung District, East Jakarta. This study using cross sectional design, approach with 109 participants, who were selected by purposive sampling, are choosen primary hypertensive clients of middle adulthood. The results of the chi square test showed that there was a relationship between health behavior and medication adherence (p value: 0.024) 90% CI. The results of the study it can be concluded that the more positive the health behavior, the higher the adherence to taking medication in hypertensive clients. Community nurses have an important role in modifying the behavior of hypertensive patients with a variety of approaches both as individuals, families, and the public can maintain their health well-being. Background: Health promotion behaviors in the elderly have potential effects in promoting health and quality of life and reducing the cost of health care services. Changes in the lifestyle of the people affected by cardiovascular diseases have more potential shares in reducing vascular problems than medicinal treatments of hypertension and high cholesterol. By convincing more people to maintain and obtain healthy lifestyles, there will be considerable reduction in emergence and disabilities due to cardiac problems. This study aimed to determine factors associated with health preventive behavior among the elderly in Lamongan, East Java. Subjects and Method: This was a cross sectional study conducted in Lamongan, East Java, from November to December 2018. A sample of 200 elderly was selected by stratified random sampling. The dependent variable was health behavior. The independent variables were education, attitude, peer support, family support, cadre support, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, and intention. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple linear regression.
This research examines about “The Advantages of Dual Role Female Transmigration in Rural Areas”. The focus of the main stage in this study is to describe the lives of transmigration women who have a role in household/family life. The system owned by the transmigration program requires each transmigrant family to get 2 types of land, namely the main land area of 2 ha and the house and yard area of 0.5 ha. The process of working on two lands resulted in the division of work between men and women in transmigration families. Women, responsible for work in the domestic sector, gets a share of work on residential lands, where this land is usually planted with crops in the form of vegetables and seasonal crops that harvest quickly. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the life image related to female transmigration that are in two domains of life, both from domestic and public domains by using ethnographic methods with descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that female transmigration in the Seruwey countryside are very different from other cases, where they get multiple benefits, other than the work in the domestic domain as a wife, and get the opportunity to manage 0.5 ah land for the yard of the house, female transmigrants also get the opportunity to work in oil palm plantations owned by local governments. It can be seen that women have skills and expertise in two domains of life, namely public and domestic, so that the role of transmigrated women in their lives gets multiple benefits to support family life.
Health promotion activities regarding the impact of promiscuity in MTs. Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo is a form of community service in the form of counseling aimed at increasing children's knowledge about the impacts and dangers of promiscuity which are increasingly prevalent among teenagers today. The implementation of these activities on December 14, 2019 took place at MTs. Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. With the target is MTs students. Islamiyah Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Prior to the implementation of these activities, there was a process of preparing activities for approximately 2 weeks before the activities were carried out, starting from determining the theme of the extension to applying for permits to the parties concerned. As a form of evaluation, this activity was attended by 76 students from grade VII to grade IX, participants joined the activity happily and looked very enthusiastic, health promotion activities could run on time and smoothly.
Mantin Organizer adalah sebuah usaha yang termasuk ke dalam industri keratif di bidang jasa. Usaha Mantin Organizer ini baru berdiri ditahun 2022 dan didirikan oleh beberapa orang untuk memenuhi permintaan masyarakat terhadap penyedia jasa Event Organizer di Kota Palu yang semakin banyak dan menjadi sebuah peluang bisnis. Dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha tentu membutuhkan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, agar usaha tersebut dapat berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan pada usaha Mantin Organizer. Metode penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif. sumber data yaitu data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi laporan keuangan di bulan September sampai Desember. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu usaha Mantin Organizer yang sebelumnya tidak melakukan pengelolan keuangan secara baik dan setelah didampingi telah melakukan seperti perencaanan dalam membuat daftar harga untuk jenis event yang akan dikelola, promosi usaha, target penjualan, dan sudah melakukan pencatatan laporan modal usaha, laporan arus kas, dan laporan laba rugi.
